I would definitely stay at Numa hotel
Pros:

Numa location is great,
area is nice with very good coffee shop nearby, space is small but manageable for two people, hotel bed and bathrooms clean with everything you need for stay, balcony is nice touch

Cons:

I didn’t like climbing to 4th floor for two days, elevator wasn’t functioning,that was very inconvenient, other than that everything was ok

Pros:

Overall a nice place - great location, comfy room and everything clean and convenient. Really nice restaurants, bakeries and cafés in the neighborhood.

Cons:

The noise level inside the hotel was not great - both painters and cleaning staff started their work at 8am on a Sunday/Monday morning and there was no consideration for guests. Doors being slammed, radio played full blast etc.

Another stay here, still great location ;) Decent rooms, good enough to spend a weekend.

Cons:

This time both elevators were down, so it's not a nice thing to climb with all luggage to 4th floor

Numa rompe con todo y ofrece un servicio excepcional. Sin duda, será siempre mi primera opción.
Pros:

Por donde empezar.... Absolutamente todo fue perfecto. La ubicación es inmejorable para nosotros, hermosa vista y muy buen barrio, joven y dinámico, con lugares para comer abiertos hasta tarde.
El edificio es muy lindo y está muy bien mantenido, lo que hace que desde el primer momento uno se sienta a gusto.
La limpieza fue impecable, algo que realmente se valora mucho cuando uno viaja. El departamento está muy bien equipado y cuenta con todos los amenities necesarios para tener una estadía cómoda y sin preocupaciones (shampoo, jabon, acondicionador de cabello, body lotion, cafe, te, leche, y etc etc etc).
Todo funciona perfectamente y muy bien decorardo, se nota que hay un gran cuidado en cada detalle.
No tuve necesidad de comunicarme con nadie.

Nada.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller Ausstattung. Sehr sauber und toller Blick aus dem Fenster. Super Lage, 3 Min zur Haltestelle Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz.

Cons:

Es wird im Vorfeld nicht richtig kommuniziert dass es kein Frühstück sbuffet gibt sondern das Frühstück als Lieferservice vor die Türe gestellt wird.
Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort.

Great location, perfect room
Pros:

Cosy room but spotless and all the digital check in and access worked well.

Cons:

No elevator working which would have been a dose if I had a big case as my room was on the 6th floor. Breakfast was not so good - almost zero filling in the sandwich.

Mini apartamento agradável em bairro com localização excelente
Pros:

O quarto e o interior do prédio tem um estilo moderno.
A cama é extra confortável e a cozinha tem todas as comodidades necessárias.
A localização é muito boa, num bairro perto de supermercados (Rewe), restaurantes, padarias ("Zeit für Brot" é incrível!) e lojas de designer.
Adorei os cacifos gratuitos para deixar as malas depois do chek-out até à hora de ir para o aeroporto.
Na sala dos cacifos (piso 0) há um roupeiro com extras de tudo: toalhas, roupa de cama, talheres, papel higienico, etc.
As boas vindas incluem água e um chocolatinho.

Cons:

A casa de banho tem uma luz muito forte sem opção de uma segunda luz mais confortável aos olhos.
Para um quarto com um design cheio de personalidade a casa de banho, apesar de cómoda, tem um estilo "pobre".
O alojamento fica numa excelente localização mas isso pode ser um incoveniente principalmente à noite quando passam ambulâncias na avenida principal (o alojamento simpaticamente oferece tampões para os ouvidos).
Para duas pessoas o roupeiro é um pouco pequeno.
Elevadores avariados duas vezes em 5 dias.

Pros:

Boa localização, muito perto da estação do metro e zona calma bastante agradável.

Cons:

Não tenho a certeza que o quarto tivesse as dimensões do anúncio, pareceu-me que o espaço útil era inferior a 16 m²; O hotel estava em obras e só me avisaram no dia anterior à minha chegada, para além disso, os elevadores estavam avariados, o que se tornou um transtorno uma vez que o meu quarto era no 6° andar. Também não gostei que a limpeza do quarto não fosse feita regularmente.
