Pros:

It was a nice easy walk into town. The room was clean & comfortable.

Cons:

It was not easy to find the controls for the fire. It was on the wall behind the tv. I am 5 ft tall & would never have found it if my husband wasnt with me. A note of its location would have been helpful.

Amazing views, quiet location.
Pros:

The view. Love a balcony. I would not want a first floor room as no view.
We have stayed with you a few times now and enjoy it.

Cons:

Having to go to a different location to get parking permit and key card. As long as you are affordable we will stay with you. Thanks.

This is going to be our family’s place to stay in from here on out when visiting Seaside!
Pros:

So much space perfect for our family of 5! The kitchenette area was super nice and convenient. Loved how it’s right on the Prom and a 10min nice walk down the prom to the main strip. Super cozy and comfortable felt more like an apartment than a hotel.

Cons:

Definitely needed more than just one fan. Surprisingly got hot a few times. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way unless you really pushed on it.

Oceanfront view was parking lot with trash cans! Too much furniture in room. No casual chairs for two. Mattress sank to the middle! Tub too deep!

the location and hot tub were great

Cons:

The place is so noisy when someone walks across the floor and you are below them😳it was terrible. I stayed four nights and couldn't sleep even five hours in between people using their hot tub and the maids slamming around at 830am. There was no peace in the matter. there is no ac and I opened the window for air and woke up to a homeless person digging thru the garbage outside my window. when I looked further there was no screen on the window. i am a woman who travels alone and will not be staying there, ever again..In addition, PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS NO ONSITE FRONT DESK OR PERSON AVAILABLE DURING YOUR STAY. i will be trying somewhere else next time, as I go at least two to three times a year to Seaside. I have stayed in 16 hotels and there are better places for the money. if location near the beach is super important, this place might be for you.

Cons:

while the property was located oceanfront, I didn’t realize it was a bit of a walk to the downtown. I thought it was closer to the downtown, but that was my fault for not noticing when booking.
