Muy buena ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, y el tamaño de la habitación y el baño están muy bien. Las camas son cómodas y todo está muy limpio. El desayuno están bien, y varía cada día. Personal amable. Te dan una botella de agua gratis por persona al día.

Cons:

Habitaciones no insonorizadas, se escucha mucho el ruido de las habitaciones contiguas, el edificio contiguo y, en nuestro caso (estuvimos justo encima de la recepción), de la recepción.
No son flexibles con la hora del check-in, es a las 14h y si llegas antes cobran 150.000 por hora. Si pagas con tarjeta te cobran 5% de comisión, si cambias dinero también comisión…

Very good. Great price-quality relation.
Pros:

The stuff was great and the breakfast was good and had a nice view.

Cons:

It wasn’t very pretty, the lighting in the bedroom was cold and not very decorated, but it was satisfactory.

Decent hotel. Issues with credit card payment was frustrating. I’ve not had this issue elsewhere.
Pros:

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for visiting Hanoi.

Cons:

We were unable to pay with our US credit cards. We tried a total of 6 cards and none of them worked. We had to visit several ATMs to collect cash for the stay.

The staff is super nice.

Cons:

My daughter got bedbugs. We had 2 rooms that were connected by a hallway that had video cameras. We all showered in the kids bathroom since we were helping them bathe, so I guess they have some recordings of me naked. I didn’t see the video camera until after. So be aware they will record you. My daughter got bitten over night the first night and it got worse the second night. We didn’t realize it was bed bugs until the second night. The breakfast was not for international travelers. Only had Vietnamese food. The omelet station was limited due to the cook having very limited English.

Holidays at the Grand Fiesta
Pros:

The staff is great! Everyone was very warm and accommodating. We booked our tours through the hotel - Lucky was fantastic. She took care of everything from airport pick up/drop off, tours - and even went the extra mile to reserve us a table in Tam Vi. All our transportation were comfortable- we weren't cramped in the vans.
Location was perfect- we were near everything in the Old Quarter!
As for the rooms, they are decent-sized and clean. It's a local hotel- don't expect Shangri-la level rooms! We were pleasantly surprised with the family connecting rooms. They are 2 completely separate rooms turned into connecting rooms by adding a 3rd door to separate them from the rest of the rooms. You basically get 2 of everything- bathroom, security- plus if you keep the 3rd door locked, you get your section of the hall as extra luggage space!

Cons:

The elevators are a bit slow but it was okay. Not a big issue for us.

Super centralna lokalizacja. Bardzo miły i profesjonalny personel, bardzo staranny i pomocny. Czysty pokój, dobra łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Śniadania dobre, w przestronej i jasnej sali (z widokiem na miasto). WiFi ok.

Good location but basic
Pros:

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Good location.

Cons:

One of the rooms facing street was ok however I would not recommend interior rooms (i did not know i booked that one).
Breakfast has room for improvement, not many choices.
