Guest Reviews
The lady at reception is friendly and able to communicate English well! The hotel upgraded us to a better room too for free. They were so nice in treating us the whole time during our stay.
During our holiday trip, we went to Sapa and the hotel able to provide baggage drop service to us so that we able to travel light. Hotel service was beyond our expectations, we be gladly to book again in the future.
None during our stay
Staff was super friendly and nice, buffet like was good and the staff here mostly know how to speak English so easy to communicate
Nice hotel, friendly staff and centrally located.
Our room was not available on our 1st day. They put us up in a sister hotel. That was not very comfortable.
Staff so lovely and friendly, good sized room. Great location.
Nothing we didn't like
I liked the staff, they are very helpful. Our room is clean and the location is very strategic very near to local resto.
Terasa, lokalita.
Very good
Very good
The stuff was great and the breakfast was good and had a nice view.
It wasn’t very pretty, the lighting in the bedroom was cold and not very decorated, but it was satisfactory.
ok
The rooms were comfortable and clean. The location is ideal for visiting Hanoi.
We were unable to pay with our US credit cards. We tried a total of 6 cards and none of them worked. We had to visit several ATMs to collect cash for the stay.
