Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) für 4 Tage hier und rundum begeistert.

​Der Service ist durch die Bank spitze – von der Rezeption über den Wellnessbereich bis zum Frühstück. Alle super freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück gab es reichlich Auswahl, da ist wirklich für jeden was dabei und Sonderwünsche wären garantiert auch kein Problem gewesen.

​Das Hotel ist absolut hochmodern und technisch top ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer war richtig schön groß mit einem extra abgetrennten Schlafbereich für unser Kind, was mega praktisch war. Alles war extrem sauber und gepflegt – das gilt genauso für den tollen Wellness- und Saunabereich.

​Dazu kommt noch die Top-Lage an der Mosel. Für uns hat hier einfach alles gepasst. Danke für die geniale Auszeit, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Ein sehr schönes Wochenende in einem tollen Hotel.
Pros:

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Wir hatten eine 50 qm Suite mit Blick auf die Mosel. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbüfett. Konnten zwischen 2 Zeiten wählen. Super, keine Drängelei am Büfett .Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Auch sehr gut, nach ein paar Metern Entfernung stand man in der schönen Altstadt von Bernkastel. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Man kann dort auch Wellnes Angebote wahrnehmen.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt. Das Hotel hat eine eigene geräumige Parkgarage. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich.

A lovely stay despite the shortcomings!
Pros:

The Hotel is very centrally located and the rooms are very nice and clean. The staff tend to be very polite and helpful. The breakfast spread is lovely and delicious.

Cons:

The amenities in the room were basic given the price - for example, it would have been nice to have had a phone to be able to reach the reception. The room in mid-October was very warm despite the A/c being on the lowest setting and we were told to open the windows but there were alot of insects outside.

Alt meets neu - die Fassade passend zu dem bezaubernden Ort Bernkastel und dahinter ein modernes Luxushotel. Es war eine entspannter Aufenthalt mit einem tollen Service.
