it's not fair for the price

the location and the majority of the staff

Cons:

it was not clean despite asking for roomservice. after roomservice they still wouldn't clean properly or change the linnens

Several times to complain about the situation and the staffs take no action. I have been very upset.
Pros:

Location is great and plenty of good food restaurants.

Cons:

No hot water available in the bathroom and staffs are not able to help. Not up to the standards (facilities and services). Hope the management will give discount/refund on this incident. We are forced to take cold bath in an air con room

Pokój jest maleńki, w dwie osoby myślę że może być ciężko. Widok na budynek. Z racji tego łazienka nie jest oddzielona w pokoju jest pleśń. Zgłosiłam fakt że jest zimna woda pod prysznicem, ktoś miał sprawdzić- nic nie zostało zrobione, udostępniono mi inny pokoj do kąpieli ale tam też była zimna woda 😂

Fair value for money
Pros:

Location and customer service

Cons:

The room I was assigned had lots of issues with water leaks, and the toilet would not flush. I found the problem late at night, so I had to wait for the next day to report the issues. They assigned a different room. Hopefully, the problematic room is not assigned until all problems are fixed. The new room assigned was good value for money.

No refund or compensation offered. Checked out after one night of three night stay because of concerns for health. Was offered no help in seeking refund for unused accommodation

continued stay on the 2nd day for a longer holiday 1st night room is satisfied because spacious n hot bath was available. But 2nd day given to another which was much smaller room the worst thing no hot water available in the bathroom we complain to the front counter staff numerous times but in vain. We forced to take cold bath It is fair We hope we can get a discount /part refund from the hotel. Can you help us?

It was somewhere to sleep but it was dilapidated.
Pros:

The room had a balcony.

Cons:

The light in the shower didn’t work. Wash basin had no hot water in the mixer tap. Curtain dangling. Sliding doors to the patio clunky. Bit run down really.
