Peaceful stay in beautiful Roma!
Pros:

Beautiful room in a beautiful hotel in beautiful Roma. Staff was exceptional and available to answer questions. Breakfast on the roof was delicious, cooked to order. The hotel is charming and unique, small, friendly and just a walk away from restaurants, shops, bars. We had a wonderful stay and will return.

Pros:

The service was impeccable. I’ve stayed at 5 star properties around the world and the same level of quality and service were found here. The front desk was led by Natalie and a wonderful and attentive team. The breakfast every morning with Lili was outstanding. She is so warm and lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better overall experience. They were for Elsa and helpful at every request and every point of our stay.

Exceptional staff makes the stay so pleasant!
Pros:

The warm welcome we received by the exceptional staff at the hotel really made it worth every penny we paid. Thank you to the entire team - from the moment we entered, the doorman and front desk staff helped us feel right at home. The cleaning and breakfast team also did an exceptional job. The room was modern and pleasant. The breakfast patio was really pleasant and we enjoyed starting our morning on the rooftop.

Cons:

I will warn travellers with mobility issues (not us - we were fine, but I could see my parents would have really struggled!) concerned about stairs to avoid this property because there are somewhat narrow and steep stairs to the rooms and the rooftop breakfast patio. The hotel can also echo noises so don't plan on sleeping in past 7:30 a.m.

Exceptional service at this wonderful hotel
Pros:

The hotel was excellent with lovely facilities, big rooms and more than anything exceptional service.
The beds were very comfortable, the location is very central to Roma Norte and the breakfast was really nice and fresh.
A BIG surprise for us was the detail in the housekeeping. The staff made our room exceptionally tidy and even created order in our belongings and piled our clothes neatly. Really wonderful work to all at the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing to mention here - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Localizacion en el fantástico barrio de la Roma Norte. Magnífica la habitacion, el desayuno y sobretodo el personal del hotel .

Cons:

No tener calefaccion y el desayuno si vas a primera hora en la terraza hace frio.

Room was booked as a suite, but it was a standard room. Staff said it was called a suite because it had a window that opened. The view was of the wall of the building nextdoor. Construction next door was ongoing and loud.

Cons:

Le bruit, le froid. C’était très mal insonorisé : on entendait absolument tout dès que quelqu’un entrait ou parlait dans l’hôtel, ce qui arrivait systématiquement tôt le matin ou tard le soir. Il y a une sorte de rampe pour accéder au petit déjeuner et on entend beaucoup dès que quelqu’un la traverse également.
J’ai voulu prendre un vélo et aucun n’était utilisable correctement.

An honest review this is not a 5 star hotel
Pros:

The photos online translated much more lovely than in person. A bad experience from start to finish for a seasoned traveler. I was looking for a 5 star experience. We’ll be waiting for a refund as we departed a day early.

Cons:

From the moment we arrived there were hiccups. Waiting outside ringing the bell constantly before being let in at 8pm. The first visual appearance didn’t match the photos online. Online it read chic European style architecture and furniture. In person translated to grandmas living room. The rooms were absolute barebones basic. Cold sterile feeling. No amenities. Bed as hard as a rock. Walls paper thin. We could hear the neighbor snoring so loud it sounded as if he was in our room. Not the place for you If you value comfort and calm. This hotel certainly does not present as a 5 star. At best a basic 4 star.

Fantastic, will stay here again
Pros:

Beautiful first stop in Mexico City - could not ask for anything better after a long flight. The rooms are very comfortable, staff = amazing and overall vibe 10/10

Cons:

The walls are a bit thin so use ear plugs to sleep as you will hear other guests entering the property
