Ok for a low budget stay. Public transport connectivity is not very great for the location.
Pros:

The hotel staff are cooperative and understanding. The kitchen serves food as per your taste. The room linen is clean.

Cons:

Needs more pest control. I had to clear off two small cockroaches in my room. One of the window panes did not have a glass. Hence there was some amount of noise coming in from the window. The outer portion of the bathroom window is in a horrible state.

Everything was good except the breakfast was not upto mark , plates not clean and no taste
