Excellent experience
Pros:

Staff attentiveness, friendliness and overall professional service provided. The room was clean and tidy with a pleasant aroma.
Food was also nice, I sent a tip down to the chef.
Thank you, enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Only one gadget allowed for WiFi per room.

Good facility and top notch reception. Though needs to be flexible with late out.
Pros:

The property is clean and the reception are always ready to help with a smile on their faces.

Cons:

The kitchen is abit slow in answering request and at times guest can hear them laughing, it sounds annoying at times but overall their food is nice and delicious

It's not too bad however the staffs should be more organised
Pros:

Just the dinner and the transport availability.
In addition some of the staffs were friendly and respectful.

Cons:

Some of the staffs were over zealous .
My first complementary breakfast was not palatable. It wasn't well organised. Subsequent lunch and dinner was not bad.
The location seems confusing. It took someone to tell us that the hotel is still in the street.
