It's not too bad however the staffs should be more organised
Pros:

Just the dinner and the transport availability.
In addition some of the staffs were friendly and respectful.

Cons:

Some of the staffs were over zealous .
My first complementary breakfast was not palatable. It wasn't well organised. Subsequent lunch and dinner was not bad.
The location seems confusing. It took someone to tell us that the hotel is still in the street.
