Pros:

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. Overall great hotel.

Cons:

While the hotel's architecture means no elevator (which is understandable), adding in-room kettles is a must. Having lived in the UK for 20 years, morning coffee is essential. Kettles are inexpensive and would greatly improve the stay for guests from abroad.

Nice staff, clean and decent environment.

Cons:

Sometimes you may have to call several times to get assistance. WiFi is always disconnecting and you would have to approach front desk to have it reconnected. A section of my bed made an uncomfortable noise. It was difficult regulating bathroom water temperature. Either too hot or cold .
