Nice location but propert is old and outdated .
Pros:

The property is being renovated, so there was a lot of debris and trash close to the room .

La playa es hermosa!!

El servicio es malo. Tuve que andar detras de alguien para que me atendiera, alfin ordené y resulta que le entregaron mi orden a otro cliente y me dejaron cin cenar jajajaja hasta que fuimos a la cocina a ver quien podria atendernos. Y a parte de eso en el baño de la habitación se inunda cuando alguien se baña, por algo tan simple como el largo de la cortina de baño.

Visité el lugar en temporada alta y el hotel estaba realizando obras en una habitación contigua a la que se me asignó. Había mucho ruido, estaban cambiando techo, iniciaban a las 8am y a las 9pm continuaba el ruido.

We will be back for a third time next year!
Pros:

Our second time being in Tesoro Beach and as always we enjoyed it with our family. We had a great time, the kids enjoyed the pools and quick access to the beach. The food is amazing and delicious. The rooms are comfortable with really great AC.

Cons:

only downside is that it takes a very long time to get food and drinks. It took almost 20 min to get drinks, about 1h for food and to find our waiter to ask for more took time. We knew that from last time so we ordered food for the kids before they "got hungry" and they didn't complain. The food does taste very good and has great options that picky kids can eat.

Pros:

Amenities, location, front ocean property.

Cons:

Not coffee available earlier than breakfast. For a resort, coffee should be available at least 6 am to 9 pm. Tourists enjoy a good cup of coffee first thing in the morning.

Instalaciones cómodas, personal amable, buen restaurante, precios buenos y acceso al mar directo.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son cómodas pero algo deterioradas. La pintura se está desprendiendo en varios lugares lo que da mal aspecto. Un punto muy negativo es que el agua de la ducha y lavamanos es de mar, por lo que cuando uno se baña luego de salir del mar no se siente del todo fresco y limpio. Para el lavamanos dan agua en botella para lavarse los dientes lo que alivia un poco.

Struttura datata ha bisogno di un restyling generale, anche nelle stanze gli asciugamani sono vecchi, da cambiare! I bagni da modernizzare l’impianto di purificazione dell’acqua perché esce acqua salata dai rubinetti in bagno, fai la docci o lavi denti con acqua salata. Il resto tutto ok
