Buen lugar con oportunidades de mejora
Pros:

El desayuno estaba muy rico. Staff fue amable. Todo el hotel estaba muy limpio (a excepción del baño de hombres del restaurante). Habitaciones cómodas. En general el lugar tiene muchas cosas positivas en cuanto a decoración y utilización de espacio.

Cons:

El personal fue amable en general, aunque creo que podrían mejorar la capacitación en servicio al cliente y coordinación interna. Varias veces preguntamos a diferentes personas de staff sobre el horario y cierre de cocina y nadie supo darnos una respuesta concreta. Entendemos que no todos tienen la misma información, pero la forma de responder y de buscar apoyo podría ser más proactiva. No fueron groseros, pero sí hay margen de mejora en "Customer Experience".

Sobre la "piscina infinita", la expectativa que generan las fotos en redes sociales es mucho más alta que la realidad. El efecto que se promociona no se obtiene a menos que uno tenga ciertos ángulos y/o producción fotográfica bien específica.

Lo peor de todo? A eso de las 3 pm, pusieron bocinas enormes con música a un volumen excesivamente alto, aun cuando el área de la piscina estaba basicamente vacía y no había ningún evento. Esto rompe el ambiente de descanso que uno espera en el lugar.

No es un mal hotel, pero ha perdido parte del encanto, no consideraría volver.

Beautiful and relaxing day at the hotel
Pros:

The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable, the hotel check out time is 11 am but you are able to stay in the beach and use the pools, restaurants and beach areas until 8 pm

Cons:

Some areas are outdated but they are still working
