Frukost dåligt, i rummet klakalaka.Dom plastik stålar, min man ramlade ock slå mycket. I rummet varmt och plastik stålar mjuk, golvet halk.

Cons:

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Water was not hot as advertised, I’m not sure it ever heated up at all.

Pros:

I enjoyed how close it is to the beach and how pretty the hotel grounds looks. I also enjoyed that the breakfast was included and it was ok. I liked that they had a little playground for my 3yr old.

Cons:

I didn't like the actual room we stayed at (it had a weird smell and the bathroom also smelled). The hotel is under construction and this occurred mid morning until after 7ish pm and this impacted my sleep and we could hear all of the noise from our room which was located in the first floor.

Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien, pero no todas las duchas funcionaban

Cons:

El desayuno “fatal” muy básico, no había variedad, yo poco que había no tenía sabor, jugo de naranja barato, no había panadería menos repostería.
Pedí una piña colada y no la pude tomar, fea de sabor y la presentación en vaso plástico
Considero que pueden tener oportunidad de mejora en esos aspectos

La playa y el servicio de los.meseros.

Cons:

Las camas bien pequeñas no son dobles.
El agua de la ducha y lavamanos no es potable y tiene un olor a cloaca
El desayuno deben ampliarlo con mas opciones
Deberían regalar el agua para tomar ya que cada botella costaba $1.50 y pequeña.
El menú del restaurante es muy pobre. Deberían tener variedad de comida, postres y típicos por la tarde.

Me gustó mucho la playa muy linda para bañarse
El ambiente es tranquilo y seguro. Bonito lugar para descansar y un buffet de desayuno muy típico rico.
El DJ en la piscina infinita es muy amable y complaciente con la música.

Cons:

Me parece que el personal es escaso
Y el menú no es tan amplio, por lo demás son atentos.
Deberían tener personal alrededor de la playa y ofrecer bebidas a sus huéspedes. a la realidad necesitan brindar mejor atención..

Los precios de los alimentos son demasiado altos y no valen la pena, sin verdaderas opciones para la cena solo hamburguesas y sándwich, el agua de sus lavamanos no era potable en las habitaciones

I stayed at this hotel because there was a family celebration there and have no other option.
Pros:

The personnel is very friendly and try to resolve any problem you may have. There is plenty of bottle water in the room and the bathroom. The hotel is in front of the beach and it is very nice.

Cons:

The hotel is under renovations and there is a lot of cement dust everywhere. The water is not potable, it taste salty. I wasn't able to bathe with hot water during my stay. There's no iron in the room, you have to ask for it at front desk and don't expect an ironing board. The rooms doesn't have telephones to communicate with front desk.The breakfast site is outdoors and when you get to the table it will be already cold.
