La comida y habitacion,la entrada a hotel

Cons:

Está es la tercera vez que visitamos tesoro beach y es la primera vez que tenemos quejas
Hay muchos empleados y el servicio comida es lento y hay que estarlos llamando,los muebles de playa sucios,polvo,heces de pájaros.el baño habitación deteriorado.
La piscina podría estar mas limpia.

El alojamiento cumple con lo necesario, tiene una buena ubicación, el personal es amable.

Cons:

No es propiamente un resort, la habitación es muy sencilla, cumple con lo necesario sin ser de lujo o tener cosas extras como lámparas de noche , toallas para la playa , mesas de noche.

Price and service does not match.
Pros:

Nice beach and the history of the property is visible, however last 20 years obviously the maintenance has been forgotten. Also the hotel is zero prepared for international guests!

El desayuno es simple, el menú del restaurante es bastante limitado, la ubicación es excelente, la playa preciosa,
El hotel es viejo ,muebles viejos, ya deteriorados en las habitaciones ya necesita una remodelación.
El área de las piscinas debería tener más palmeras que den un poco de sombra, los bares en esas áreas están bien

The bathroom was very small, old, with stained floors. The furniture in the room was old, careless and the hotel in general was lacking of maintenance.
It’s not a 4 star hotel.

Que durante los 3 días que estuvimos allí no limpiaron la playa , la cual estaba sucia, botellas plásticas , de vidrio, bolsas de snack, etc.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

I love the feeling of peace, relaxing, the feeling of not being crowded, even the hotel being full.
Food was excellent. Good flavor. Good price.,The drinks were at affordable price.
$4.50 for a michelada.

Cons:

The main swimming pool is in need of maintenance, has mold at stairs, skimmers, between tiles. It has improved from last year’s, but does need urgent repairs. Unfortunately I did not take any pictures.

I loved the food and the beach!!
Pros:

Location, beach..Property is being updated, and they kept it clean

Cons:

They charge me for pool towels and I didn’t get refunded for it… they are very limited and towels supply.. I’ll recommend bring your own.. which I always do.. otherwise you get to ask for more and they were old raggedy
