This hotel is overrated. It barely deserves 2 stars, not 4. There’s no elevator, and our room was on the third floor—we had to leave most of our luggage at reception as no help was offered to carry it upstairs. The room lacked basic amenities: no fridge, no cold water, and the mattresses were among the worst I’ve ever experienced. We even requested breakfast lunch boxes since we had to leave early, but the staff completely ignored our request. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

・朝食は良かった。
・ブハラﾊﾗ観光施設には近かった。
・ウズベク全体に云えることですが、観光の交通手段としてヤンデックスゴーは安さと便利性で有効だった。
・このホテルは、アイスクリーム店と他の店舗事業とホテル事業を兼業していて、ホテル事業には力が入ってない印象だった。
・ブハラ観光のため行政は駅から遺産までの道路整備と観光施設内の道路整備をしている最中だった、観光事業の拡大を優先課題としていることを感じた。

Great location close to old city. Very friendly staff, spoke English which was nice! Good job team at Dendi Plaza.

There is extra charge for using the pool and sauna the AC wasn’t working perfectly and there was little smell in their room

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but no choice and we got there and the reception try to ask for more money and the fridge was not working and the staff were very disrespectful towards us and we ask for swimming and sauna and they ask us to pay for it as it was $45 per person

I enjoyed my stay at Dendi Plaza. I was able to check into my room early and found it very pleasing. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with full amenities. The breakfast was lovely with a good range of items. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is quite walkable to see the major sites as well as several dining options. Public transportation is nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again!

It is a centrally located hotel which has good size rooms. And the rooms are reasonably clean.

But the hotel management is bit problematic. They want to charge you for everything. Such as they time you on the treadmill. If you use more than 30 minutes they want you to pay for it. They also advertise that they have a fitness center. That is not correct. They have a single treadmill.
