I dint like the fact that we dint get even half and hour extension on checkout, despite of requesting them. Even the biggest of the big hotel chains are very considerate on late checkouts and they happily agree, but this wasn’t the case here.
Great location, walking distance to major attractions. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast buffet was great.
My kids', brother's, and my room did not have a window. The hotel had to make some last minute changes due to over booking. Maybe that's why we ended up with no windows.

淋浴房的排水管道有些堵塞，地面很容易积水。

Excellent location. Friendly staff who went above and beyond to assist. The front door man was very helpful.
The water in the shower didn’t drain fast enough. Someone smoke in the lift waiting area , leaving the cigarette smell and cigarette butt near the lift.

The room was big enough for our family, with a good-sized shower and bathroom. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were provided complimentary water and even a plate of fruit. The staff were friendly, especially the valet who was very helpful in directing our grab rides into places where we could get in and out of the car safely, as the road is very busy. There is a buffet breakfast available, and my recommendation is to go early. We went there shortly before closing so the full range of food wasn't available. But we still managed to get eggs cooked to our request so we were happy with that.
Our room didn't have a window. So if natural light is important to you, then make sure to request a room with a window. To be fair, the pictures of the room when we booked were accurate - there was no window in the photos. I just didn't notice, but it wasn't a problem for us as we only stayed 1 night.
