Joylashuv, har kuni tozlashlari, nonushta, xizmat ko'rsatishlari judayam yaxshi!

Cons:

Dush kabinadan suv yaxshi tortilmadi, oyoq ostida suv uzoq vaqt yig'ilib keyin tortildi. Balki shu uchun bo'lsa kerak badbo'y hid kelib turardi hojatxonadan hardoim.

Pros:

· Парень на ресепшене испортил нам день. На вопрос : скажите пожалуйста где находится МЕЙДАН БАЗАР ? ответил :я про такое не cлишал )) а когда я показал емy на карте знаменитую центральную площадь Тбилиси ,этот работник отеля сказал что в первые вижу это)) но не в этом суть. При регистрации они почему-то не вернули мне паспорт и мы были уставшие поднялись в номер ,но когда ночью я попросил сделать чек аут мой паспорт лежал у него на столе и он мне не вернул его . Мы могли опоздать на самолёт но благо в пути я проверил сумку и пришлось разворачивать такси. Я не знаю почему этот молодой человек так относиться к работе и к гостям работая на ресепшeне ,возможно я говорил на русском языке возможно ему не понравился мой паспорт ,но мы говорили с ним с уважением потому как мы приехали погулять по городу и провести приятно время .

Не понравилось что были в номере дырявые ( 4-6 дырок на одном полотенце) и дырявые пододеяльники, стены в номере были пошкрябаны как будто ногами чиркали на уровне пояса головы

Central location, quiet street, helpful staf
Pros:

The rooms are spacious and the staff is willing to help. We had to leave at 5:30 am and they prepared a lunch box for us.

Great deal and great location!
Pros:

Location was superb. Closed to everything but away from the noise and congestion of the old city center. Very clean and comfortable.

Arnaqueur ils affiche des faux photos de la chambre j ai payé 50 euro pour une chambre qui n'a rien avoir avec les photos et qui se trouve dans étage -1 avce vue des pieds des piéton et salle et pas de lumière on dirait une. Temple bien fois que j ai fait le check août immédiatement il voulait pas me rendre l agent et juste après il ont mis la chambre sur Booking pour une autre arnaque

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard. There were ants everywhere — in the bedroom, bathroom, and around the room in general. The bidet spray was not clean, and the toilet flush was broken.

Even the bed did not feel properly clean; the duvet cover and bedding didn’t seem freshly washed, which made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the room and facilities need much better attention to cleanliness and maintenance. Definitely not the standard I expected.
