Pros:

De tudo. Superou as expectativas, em tudo. Ambiente, quarto, detalhes no quarto, vista, tudo.

Cons:

Só achei "caro" a taxa do pet, acima de R$ 70,00. E não tinha visto a informação de que teria a taxa tbm.
E tbm não vi em nenhum local que precisaria levar o cartão de vacinas do pet, e não levei. Tendo que solicitar ao veterinário pelo whats.

Personal devla recepción muy atento.
En especial del Sr. Elvis quien soluciono un error que tuve al realizar la reserva.
Ubicación excelente. Frente a la playa y cerca de restaurantes y del artesanato.
Muy buen y variado desayuno.

Localização é ótimo, funcionários (colaboradores) muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Há um perigo muito sério na piscina: pessoas da rua tem acesso à piscina pela escada frontal. Falta de segurança na piscina. Estava com minha neta na piscina, um homem que caminhava na calçada entrou pela escada frontal usou o banheiro da piscina e saiu pela escada frontal. Esse problema do acesso pela escada frontal da piscina precisa ser resolvido, principalmente porque percebi muitas crianças hospedadas no hotel.

A localização é boa, apesar de barulhenta e caótica.

Cons:

Ficamos 3 dias sem serviço de quarto, mesmo após haver informado da falha, nos dias posteriores continuaram sem limpar. Quarto escuro e triste. Buffet de café da manhã lotado e desorganizado.
