O Check-in foi horrível. A recepcionista foi totalmente impessoal e insegura. Primeiro me colocou num quarto baixo, no 1º andar, que dava de frente para uma obro, eu queria um quarto vista mar, então questionei se não havia quarto em andar mais alto, ela disse que não tinha disponibilidade que todos os quartos com vista de frente pro mar estavam reservados, são 2 quartos por andar. Como não senti segurança fiz uma simulação de reservas de 5 quartos pela Booking e havia sim disponibilidade, então mostrei a recepcionista que, segundo a Booking havia sim mais quartos nesse padrão com vista de frente para o mar. Na falta de uma justificativa ela acionou uma coordenadora. A coordenadora foi pior que a recepcionista, mostrou-se irônica, fez um mise-en-scène, e "achou" um quarto no 2º andar. Daí pra frente perdi o prazer de estar ali naquele hotel, principalmente porque tinha a referência da recepção no Sais Beach Living Hotel que foi excelente.
