It’s ok for a short period
Pros:

Everything is nice three. We were upgraded (I guess because of the birthday).. but it was a family suit given for us that’s why it was pretty loud because of the neighbors upstairs . The location is very good , 6 mins walk from the tower , and breakfasts were ok- not such a big variety of the food and no ice (so be ready to drink warm juice)… so we went one time

Cons:

Very strange furniture… the tired sofa .. the table is impossible to use because it’s not stable(I asked to fix it one man came , spent some time and just left without telling me anything and never came back and didn’t fix it… ). And one more sad thing that we asked for a higher floor but were given the 3 with no view absolutely :( that was a sad thing .. better a nice view than a huge room for two days … and sure I guess better to give a fruit plate for a birthday or smth like that… like all hotels do .. for two nights it’s was ok, for staying longer - not really

I would like to thank all the hotel staff for their wonderful service; I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was absolutely beautiful and close to tourist attractions. As for services, there is a grocery store, a fantastic restaurant, a coffee shop, and breakfast spots—all along the road where the hotel is located. 🇹🇷 🇸🇦

Relaxing, close to most tourist attractions, comfortable, pleasant.
Pros:

Stayed here for the last leg of our stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel was amazing, rooms were exceptionally clean and had a luxury feel to them. We had a room on one of the top floors with a view of the sea. The hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Cons:

The only issue is that we were woken up daily by noise coming from the 10th floor (mostly chairs scraping) owing to the breakfast restaurant on the 10th floor (we were on the 9th floor).

Pros:

The hotel was very clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is central to everything. The staff at the hotel were truly the highlight. Emre and Alp were very attentive and nice. Furkan was also very helpful and kind. He helped us ensure we got the right taxi, he was always hospitable and ensured everything went smooth whilst we visited.

Good location but poor hotel
Pros:

Good location.
Thanks to the staff who were always helpful and friendly especially Furqan, Maria and Rehime the cleaner.

Cons:

Towels smell really bad and many items in the bathroom were broken and dangerous. Fridge wasn't cold even on the lowest setting.

Pros:

nel complesso Albergo adatto alle esigenze. Lo staff è stato gentile sin da subito, dato che c'è stato una problematica relativa al numero delle colazioni incluse nella prenotazione, risolta subito e senza intoppi. la stanza era anche bella, se non fosse che l'aria condizionata non funzionava bene, per ovviare avevano lasciato attiva una chiave secondaria che non permetteva alla ventilazioni di non spegnersi, ma la stanza restava comunque molto calda. colazione ok, poco varia ma adeguata. posizione top per la nostra esigenza di dover partire dal galata port.

Cons:

aria condizionata non funzionava bene in camera e il problema che poteva essere risolto con un cambio stanza. ciò non è avvenuto e si è ovviato con altro metodo, ma con scarsi risultati. colazione buona ma forse poco varia.

Good value for money
Pros:

Property location is premium, almost in the heart of all basic attractions, and overseeing the beautiful Bosphorus. Ask to be on the 6th floor and above, it has the good views.
The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist.
Breakfast is good and includes multiple varieties, and its offered in the property’s rooftop which has amazing views.
Regular Rooms are spacious and enough for a couple, larger option is recommended for a family with kids.

Cons:

The property does not include amenities such as pool or gym nor car parking spaces, to keep that in mind while booking, although you wont need them in Istanbul !
Only bus lines pass by the hotel, no trams there. Closest tram station is 10 min walk.
