Het personeel bij de receptie was echt geweldig. Super behulpzaam en klantvriendelijk. Het personeel in de ontbijtzaal eveneens behulpzaam, vriendelijk en gezellig.
We hebben het reuze naar de zin gehad en kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen.

Ik kom er vaker en is qua kwaliteit stabiel.
Pros:

Comfortable bedden en vriendelijk personeel. Goed ontbijt. Hatice en Mert personeel ontbijt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Housekeeping Rahime een schat van een mens heel vriendelijk.

En nog een hoop andere personeel waarvan ik de namen niet weet. Stabiel team. Dat merk je in de service.

Everything was very very good and pleasant
Pros:

The location, the staff, the outdoor terrace. The breakfast was very decent. The reception young lady and Furkan were very friendly, we were traveling with a child and they were always very helpful and considerate. Furkan carried our luggage for about 500m to a taxi that could not reach the hotel due to the strike, always happy to help and assist

Otel merkezi yerlere ve bir çok ulaşım araçlarına yakın, odalar ferah ve temizlik iyi. Bol çeşitli ve güzel manzaralı kahvaltıları var. Gördüğümüz bütün personeller nazikti, fakat bellboy Furkan bey ve restorantdakı Hatice hanım son derece güleryüzlü, dikkatli ve oldukça yardımseverlerdi. Kendilerine bir daha teşekkür ederim yardımları için.

Amazing stay near the bospherus near to all transport points, amazing food and easy access to Taksim
