Pros:

Дуже гарне розміщення в місті.

Cons:

Дуже брудно. Персонал посміхається, але нічого не робить. Замовляв дві окремі кроваті, але по приїзду побачили дві кроваті з'єднані в одну. На прохання зробити так як замовляли отримали відповідь. Нема кому робити, робіть самі. Ванна дуже стара та брудна.

الى يالوفا الجميلة
كانت الاقامة لمدة يومين في هذه الشقق الفندقية الجميلة حيث الموقع المميز والخدمة الرائعه وطاقم العمل الخلوق المريح حيث ان الفندق يقع في قلب المركز في يالوفا مقابل الحديقه بضع خطوات تفصلك عن سيارات التاكسي وكل الخدمات قريبه منك لا تحتاج الى سيارات اجرة

Pros:

I had a short stay at MySmart Hotel in Yalova, but it left me with truly pleasant memories. Despite the rainy and gloomy weather, the staff managed to create a warm and sunny atmosphere throughout my visit.
They kindly offered me early check-in when I arrived tired after a long flight, and even arranged an early breakfast the next morning since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. They also helped me call a taxi.
While the hotel itself may not be the most impressive at first glance, the service and the staff are absolutely outstanding — and that's what really matters. People come to people, and this team made me feel genuinely cared for. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful!

Cheap 1 night solution but no more
Pros:

The location, bright and large room.

Cons:

Shower and appliances were broken. Dirty floor and rusty shelves. Room hasnt been cleaned in 5 days we were there too, even after we asked. They only changed 1 times towel when we asked. Bins not emptied too.
