J’ai demandé qu’on me donne une chambre avec une belle vue, ils m’ont donné la pire des vues sachant que les champs étaient vides quand je suis arrivé. Après moi, il y a eu un groupe qui sont arrivés, ils ont dû prendre les plus belles chambres, j’avais demandé sur votre messagerie avant d’arriver, il y a qq jours.avant mon arrivé

It very late for cleaning room
Понравилась чистая постель и удобная кровать.
Начну с того что , персонал увы не совсем отзывчивый. При заселении мне сначала дали неработающую карту, я спустилась вниз мне молча просто ее поменяли. В номере не было, халата хотя по отзывам других жильцов вроде он был, не было зубной щетки и других мелких преднадлежностей ,лежала только полураскрытая шапочка для душа. Обнаружила так же грязное полотенце в черных пятнах. Спустя часа два после заселения, ко мне зашел какой то человек по карточке от номера. Через минут 5 мне звонят с ресепшена и просто узнают мое имя, на мой вопрос почему ко мне зашел чужой человек (хотя дверь была закрыта еще и на щеколду) , мне сказали да да и сбросили )
Я спустилась на ресепшен , старалась мягко обозначить что это не нормально и указала на недочеты в номере, мне сказали сори ,положили зубную щетку и обновили полотенца, все!)
При выселении даже не вспомнили ситуацию про то ,что ко мне в номер зашел чужой человек, и они своими руками дали ему ключ от моего номера.
Сам номер ужасно грязный и пыльный, стены все ободранные и побитые (хотя это дело можно закрасить за одни сутки)
Почему отель заявляет себя как 4 звезды не понятно. Переждать ночь, в нормальной кровати да, но будте осторожнее к вам может зайти чужой человек пока вы спите.

And the main:
Last time when I was there on February they did not give me breakfast at checkout day, I told them about my check out time 20 hours before, but they told me, that I should do it 24 hours before.
This time I told them everything.
Check out coming, time is 7:00 am, we go to elevator, it was not work at all, we come back to the room, I called 3 times to reception, no answer, we went stairs with my wife and my daughter and with 80kg baggage.
When we were downstairs, there were nobody on reception (!!!!).
No breakfast, no checkout, nothing.
