Bon séjour pour un week-end
Pros:

Bon petit-déjeuner très varié, chambre spacieuse, personnel très aimable

Cons:

Propreté moyenne (un jouet, un emballage et des coques de pistaches trouvés sous le lit). La clim un peu difficile à régler, on avait trop chaud la nuit.

Всё хорошо, если заселят в нормальный номер
Pros:

Расположение отеля хорошее. На ресепшене встречают и помогают с чемоданом. Везде чисто, дружелюбно. Номер хороший, теплый, места достаточно, есть утюг и фен, сейф. Также предоставляются тапочки и мыльные принадлежности. Уборка каждый день.
Завтраки хорошие, разнообразные, есть и фрукты и соки, вкусный кофе.

Cons:

Не понравилось расположение номера. Дали первый этаж, куда можно добраться через 2 лифта. Ощущение, что дали эконом, хотя бронировала стандарт. Самое плохое, что окна заклеены и света в комнате нет, этаж низкий и ни разу не получилось выспаться, тк утром ходит персонал и приезжает машина прямо под окном.
Второй момент - это услуги прачечной. Объективно не дешёвые. Вещи отдала по инструкции утром до 10 утра. В брошюре написано, что возврат вечером, по факту вернули на следующий день утром, после звонка и часть из них была сырая.
Ресторан находится в подвале, там нет окон.
Большая кровать состоит из 2 матрасов.

הרבה אכזבה מהיחס של העובדים בקבלה וגם מעובדי הניקיון שלא נשמעים ולא משתפים פעולה עם האורחים

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומשביעה אך היחס של העובדים היה גרוע

לבקש מהעובדים במיוחד בקבלה לגלות יותר הבנה לצרכים של האורחים.
הם לא התייחסו בכבוד לאורחים שהזמינו שהייה של שבע לילות במלון
גם עובדות הניקיון זלזלו בבקשות שלנו לנקות את החדר בזמן שהיינו מחוץ למלון
פעמיים חזרנו אחה"צ לאחר סיור בעיר ומצאנו חדר שלא טופל ולא נוקה. היינו צריכים להמתין בלובי זאת הייתה הרגשה נוראית
