Pros:

Great hotel and excellent staff. Very clean, WiFi works perfectly and there is netflix available. All in all excellent stay! It would be 10/10 if there was a bath instead of a shower however that is just my preference. I highly enjoyed my stay. The only thing I would improve on is the breakfast. Provide higher quality products with greater selection. What's on offer is okay. Not good or bad.

1) we arrived late in the evening, I asked 3 times: baby cot is ready, they told: yes, in fact we wait for it for 30 minutes
2) our checkout was at 5:50 am, I told the hotel representative about it at 7:30pm, and asked for breakfast, they told me it’s too late
3) today I arrived to Cyprus, they called me to ask: may be I take their blanket with me, guys, first check yourself, then disturb clients
4) baby chair is ALWAYS dirty

Best location, best facilities, but please, try to make service better

Pros:

This is my third trip to Armenia for business, and so far, I truly think this has been the most beautiful, clean, and pleasant hotel I have stayed at. The environment was very elegant and well-maintained. The hotel was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
It is also very safe. Additionally, it is very close to the city center — you almost feel like you are right in the heart of it.
Therefore, it is a hotel I can confidently recommend to everyone.

Pros:

Понравилось местоположение отеля, чисто, уютно, приветливый персонал, действительно, как и заявлено вкусные завтраки, много выпечки разнообразной.

Cons:

Очень душно и жарко было в номере.отопление не регулируется.окна номера выходили на дорогу, если открыть то появлялся запах выхлопных газов.

Вердикт: Достойный вариант для тех, кто не привязан к центру и ценит чистоту и тишину.
Pros:

Плюсы: В отеле комфортно останавливаться на несколько дней. Номер чистый, убираются ежедневно и качественно. Отдельное спасибо за трансфер из аэропорта и возможность раннего заселения (нам это очень помогло). Оплата картой Мир проходит без проблем.

Cons:

Нюансы: Отель позиционирует себя как 4 звезды, но удивляет, что базовые гигиенические принадлежности (зубные щетки) — платные. Также стоит учитывать, что до центра (площади Республики) нужно ехать, пешком далековато. И будьте готовы, что на фото номера кажутся просторнее, чем в реальности, но для сна и отдыха места достаточно.

Great stay - will come back
Pros:

The location of the hotel is really great, all the major attractions being less than 20 minutes on foot. The area has lots of stores, coffeeshops and restaurants. You can easily find available parking near the hotel if you decide to rent a car. The staff has been really nice and answered all our questions and helped us with directions when needed. The room was quite spacious and comfortable and the cleaning was done daily (they have also brought us water on a daily basis)
