단체 숙박에도 편안했던 중심가 근처의 친절한 호텔
Pros:

단체 20명이 이틀 동안 숙박했습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 체크인이 매우 빠르게 진행되어 편리했고, 직원들도 친절하게 응대해 주었습니다. 방은 아주 넓지는 않았지만 편안하고 안락했습니다. 호텔 위치도 중심가까지 도보로 약 10분 거리라 이동하기에 좋았습니다. 특히 아침 식사가 맛있었고, 신선한 과일도 많이 준비되어 있어 만족스러웠습니다. 전체적으로 이틀 동안 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다.

아쉬웠던 점
처음 예약 후 메시지를 보냈을 때 답장이 하루 이틀 정도 늦게 와서 조금 불편했습니다. 또한 단체 손님이 이용하기에는 주차 공간이 4대 정도뿐이라 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

The hotel is in good condition, well serviced and comfortable.

Cons:

One staff member was rude to my son. Finally getting to a destination after a long flight, my son was lying on the couch in the waiting area. Staff member came up and told him not to lie on the couch (his feet were not on the couch). He must have been watching on surveillence video: his manner was abrupt.

Большой просторный номер, чисто, очень большая кровать, завтрак хороший, до центра идти минут 15-20, но вокруг есть и рестораны, и магазины.

Pros:

Komfortables Hotel in einer ruhigen Umgebung aber doch unweit und fußläufig (rd. 10-15 Minuten) vom Platz der Republik entfernt. Umfangreiches und abwechlungsreiches Frühstücksbüffet. Hier findet jeder etwas. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten ein geräumiges, von der Straße abgewandtes und dadurch sehr ruhiges Zimmer.
