We had a long time travelling to Yerevan, and really wanted to rest. This hotel was a great option.
Pros:

I really liked the location, atmosphere in the hotel and hospitality of the staff. Rooms and beds especially were very comfortable. Everyone noticed that they rested well during our stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Didn't notice anything.

Pros:

Расположение отеля - хорошее, находится вблизи улиц ресторанов и кафе, основных достопримечательностей.
Персонал отеля вежливый, 24/7 стояли у ресепшен.
Персонал говорит на армянском, английском и русском. Удобно!
Сам номер просторный, имеются удобства в виде гладильной доски, утюга, и тд.

В целом соотношение цены и качества хорошее, я бы остановилась еще если бы убрали недочеты.

Cons:

Ванные принадлежности (халат и полотенца) уже конечно можно было заменить, старенькие, но чистые.
Была проблема с уборкой. За 5 ночей не поменяли постельное белье и не убирали в душевой, так как волосы так и остались до выселения.
Табличку для уборки вешали ежедневно.
Надеюсь что до следующего приезда в Ереван отель исправит такие недочеты.
