The staff is very helpful and kind! Rooms are small, but I did not need any more space. The walls are thin or not that good noise insulated, so you hear your neighbours. But I am a good sleeper so it did not border me that much. If you have loud people beside you, this could be an issue. I really recommend this hotel. It has quiet surroundings and a 7- eleven is just around the corner.

Fine property! Not that many restaurants very close but quiet and clean

May the receptionist was absolutely amazing, from a double booking by Expedia (will never use again twice we’ve been sent to double booked places on same holiday) but May organised a stop at an alternative hotel and transport she was great more than we can say for Expedia
Hotel was near back of town but nice and quite with great staff also room very clean.

Staff was incredible, the room was just kinda crusty but the location was good and we still enjoyed our time, wouldn’t stay for more than the two nights we did:)

Newer rooms and clean, cold AC, a lil tucked away from Patong but nice area.

Whatever the Hotel lacked in comfort and amenities the Hotel Staff made up for it with their professionalism and dedication to their job . The Hotel Manager went out of her way to solve any issues we had . Overall is a nice clean friendly hotel very safe and secure. I would recommend this Hotel for overnight stays

Pros: Nice A/C , Big Refrigerator , Cozy Bed, Big TV, 7/11 very close, Hot water



Cons:Far away from night life, Lots of slamming doors and loud noises all-day and Night had to sleep with earplugs. They ask for 1000 Baht for key deposit.

A nice place for a good price. Very clean and very accommodating. The area has shops that you can go to and it’s not too far from the more touristy areas. Nice place if you want to be more in the quiet areas but also not to far from everything.

The male front desk who works the grave night shift was unnecessarily unpolite and rude. After a long flight, I was not expecting to receive unwelcoming at the hotel. It was also unclear why the front desk requested to keep my passport with their possession when payment was paid in full.
