מתחילת השהייה ועד סופה זכינו בשירות אדיב ונעים. הגענו יחסית מוקדם, לפני שעת הצ׳ק אין ותוך 10 דקות קיבלנו חדר. חדר נקי, מיטה נוחה, מקלחת כייפית עם מים חמים וזרם חזק. כל יום ניקו את החדר, החליפו מגבות, כל יום שמו לנו בקבוקי מים חדשים. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה. מיקום מרכזי ! הופתענו מאוד, חיפשנו מלון קטן ומרכזי, לא מפואר וללא מתקנים מיוחדים ובהחלט זו תמורה מצויינת ביחס למה ששילמנו. תודה 🙏🏻♥️

Отель расположен в центре, но одновременно в тихом месте. Номер у нас был небольшой, но на 3 ночи нас все устроило. Очень приветливый и заботливый персонал, прекрасные сытные завтраки. Спасибо огромное всем отелю за классный отдых!

Perfect location. Walking distance to almost all of the touristic spots in Tbilisi. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had sufficient different dishes served for every taste. It was very good value for money and we had a very pleasant stay overall.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, καθαρό και με μοντέρνα διακόσμηση. Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό. Ιδιαίτερα ευχαριστώ τον Λάσα στην ρεσεψιόν, που ήταν πολύ βοηθητικός σε ένα μικρό ατύχημα που είχα. Φεύγω με τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Σας ευχαριστώ!

Great hotel in Tbilisi old town
Pros:

Graf hotel is right on the old town close to everything, good restaurants close by and the staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is new and modern, breakfast was very good with many selections to choose from.
