The staff, the room, the location. Beautifully well designed hotel

Cons:

The pool was had algae but no one was using it so maybe that's why they let the maintenance slip on it.

The location is very convenient and comfortable. There are plenty of shops within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. For Muslim travelers, halal food is also available nearby, with several options just about a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

Pros:

Excellent hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the MRT station, making it very easy to explore Singapore. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
A wonderful surprise was being chosen as the Guest of the Day – thank you for this special recognition! It made my stay even more memorable.
I highly recommend Hotel Mi Bencoolen and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
