ATTENTION PUNAISES DE LIT
- l’auberge est sale
- plein de moisi sur les murs
- matelas durs et oreiller minuscule
- les draps sont mal / pas lavés
- salle de bain avec tuyaux qui fuient de partout
- un type de l’hostel dort dans le dortoir avec vous et vous réveille à 8h avec ses bruits de glaire crasseux
- le check in prend des heures et le réceptionniste n’en a rien à faire de vous
- j’ai demandé un remboursement au moins partiel pour les punaises de lit et ils m’ont seulement proposé une machine alors que je partais le jour même
- CATA DU DÉBUT A LA FIN
- juste l’emplacement est dans un quartier sympa

- Lokal prowadzą kobiety, a jest tam totalny nieporządek i sport brud.
- Wszystkie atuty dla którego wybraliśmy to miejsce były niedostępne.
- Pokój miał mieć otwierany dach, niestety nie działała ta opcja, poinformowano mnie o tym dopiero przy przyjeździe.
- Niedziałająca klimatyzacja!!
- W lokalu nie było ciepłej wody! Wytłumaczono nam to, że posiadają ogrzewanie solarne i nie wystarczyło na nagrzanie. A byliśmy obecni w ładny ciepły dzień jedynie z lekkim zachmurzeniem!
- Mrówki w pokoju, dużo mrówek które oblazły nasze bagaże.
- Telewizor sprawny, lecz nie podłączony do telewizji oraz zbyt przestarzały by działał na nim nawet prosty film z internetu.
- Bardzo głośne i sprzypiące łóżko.
- Brak parkingu, nie da się zaparkować pod budynkiem.
- Pokój bez szafy, komody lub nawet półki na drobne rzeczy.
- Huśtawki w lokalu już nie ma- zerwała się pode mną, a ważę 60kg. Cieszę się, że nic sobie nie złamałem. Wisiała na bardzo starym, cienkim sznurze.
- Bardzo wąskie i strome schody do wejścia do pokoju (4 pietro)
- W pokoju nie znajduje się totalnie nic, nawet brak czajnika (a i tak wymagano od nas depozytu)
- Pomimo napełnienia wanny woda i zamknięcia odpływu, woda się dość szybko wylewała.

Ogólnie odwiedziłem dziesiątki, jeśli nie setki lokali, lecz tak wielkiego rozczarowania nie uświadczyłem nigdy wcześniej! Stanowczo odradzam nocleg w tym miejscu!

Most incompetent staff ive ever dealt with. The stairs up to the bed are very steep and dangerous, the bathroom was very dirty also.

A bit of a walk from some main tourist attractions, but you can always book a ride. Very close to Bui Vien Walking Street :)

There were no windows in my room, it wasn’t very clean, shower was bad

We stayed for two nights at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The room was in poor condition, with a hole in the ceiling that had been poorly patched up with cardboard and tape. The walls were covered in noticeable stains from mold and moisture, which made the space feel uncomfortable and unhygienic. The sheets were dirty, with other people's hair, blood stains, and even feces, which was absolutely unacceptable.

Throughout the night, we heard rats running through the ceiling ducts, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom also had issues: the sink was clogged, didn’t drain properly, and made strange noises. To make matters worse, there was reused toilet paper on the roll, which felt unsanitary.

The hallway leading to our room was cluttered with trash, and there was no effort to clean or maintain the common areas. Additionally, we were woken up early every morning by loud construction noises starting before 7 AM, which made it impossible to rest.

The staff was unfriendly and seemed untrustworthy, and to top it off, we were asked to pay a 200,000 VND deposit for the room key, which felt like an unnecessary charge given the poor state of the hotel. The hotel is located in a dilapidated area, which didn’t feel safe and contributed to our overall unease. On top of that, the hotel offered an overpriced shuttle to the airport for $20-25 USD, when a taxi ride would only cost about $5.

Overall, our stay was far below expectations. The lack of cleanliness, the disturbing presence of rats, the noise, and the double-dealing staff all made for a very uncomfortable experience.

Bathroom was dirty, looks like someone took a shower in it before I arrive

Hotel angusto, brutto, sporco, non accogliente. Camere fatiscenti, piene di muffa, pareti scrostate, scarafaggi e animali ovunque, biancheria macchiata. Neanche il mio cane portei a dormire li. Mi hanno offerto altre 2 stanze (pagando una differenza pari al doppio) ed era una peggio dell'altra. Uno schifo. Morale? Questi disonesti invece si scusarsi si sono trattenuti il costo di una notte. Pazzesco. E volete sapere il gran finale? 5 giorni dopo saremo tornati ad Ho Chi Minh ed ovviamente abbiamo chiesto a loro ed a booking di cancellare la prenotazione per ovvi motivi senza penali. Booking ha dato look metre questi ladri si sono rifiutati trattenendo una notte anche per questa prenotazione. QUALCUNO LI FERMI.

Tường thì ẩm mốc cả mảng, cả phòng thì không được vệ sinh lại trước khi khách vào ở. Còn nguyên cả khăn bẩn ở trong phòng, đến lúc checkout khách sạn đổ tại khách tự tiện lấy(?), trộm khăn(?) và đòi charge thêm tiền. Bảo check camera hộ xem khách lấy lúc nào thì đòi charge tiền thôi chứ không chịu kiểm tra. Giá cả so với vị trí và cơ sở vật chất và thái độ nhân viên thì thực ra mình cũng k biết nó có hợp lý hay không nữa :) bonus thêm là mình chỉ nằm sofa thôi chứ giường với chăn là nhìn thôi chứ không nằm và không đắp luôn

Cơ sở vật chất xuống cấp, phòng có mùi, chăn có vết mốc, cung cấp cho tôi không đúng phòng tôi đặt, cách âm kém nên nghe rõ tiếng nói và bước chân bên ngoài cửa phòng
