الفندق جميل ونظيف وسعره مناسب وقربه من المطار وتم ترقية غرفتي الى جناح واشكر الاستاذ مصطفى وزملائه الكرام في الاستقبال على تعاونهم الكبير معي وعلى حرصهم واهتمامهم بالنزلاء وياذن الله سيكون مكاني المفضل في الرياض

بعض التقصير في طلب طلبه قريب لي اثناء اقامته في الفندق بناءً على توصيتي له بحجز غرفة كبيرة في الفندق عندكم علماً بانه قام بالحجز في فندق اخر في وسط الرياض وقام بإلغائه بعد ذلك. وللاسف علمت بامر التقصير بعد خروجه وسبب احراج لي امام قريبي ولن اكرر مثل هذا الامر

تم حجز جناح بحجة قصاظ عطله باطلاله شرفة وللاسف الاطلاله كانت سطح فوقه مكيفات وصوت المكيفات ازعج وصدع راسي اضافة للناموس والذباب والحجز شامل وجبتي طعام ولكن للاسف وجبة العشا لم يكن بوفيه وكان الطلب خاص اما بالمطعم او الغرفة لكن موظف المطعم المصري اجبرني على النزول للمطعم بحجة ان حجزي لايشمل الطلب للغرفه علما انه لا يتوفر بوفيه وكان المنيو محدود جدا وكنت الوحيده التي تأكل بالمطعم ( والله حزنت على نفسي وانا انعشى انا وولادي ) لكن اول زيارة واخر زيارة باذن الله
