Beautiful, clean, comfortable, quiet and luxurious room to relax in, we really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were extremely helpful, respectful and friendly. Delicious high quality breakfast, loved the tasty fresh pho. Interior decor of hotel was new, modern and clean, convenient location as walking distance to city centre where there are plenty of restaurants. We can't wait to come back here to stay for longer next time we are visiting Ha Long. Would highly recommend to everyone looking for a great hotel in this area, the hotel was actually recommended to us by friends who had stayed here previously we are very happy we stayed here. A huge thank you to all the wonderful staff at the Mithrin Hotel Ha Long we had such a wonderful stay at your beautiful hotel :)

The hotel exterior is not new but the room interior is very new and beautiful
location was good. But it is far from beach and main city centre
someone was fighting in room in front of ours and it went till 3 AM. we informed Reception but there was no reply. it was to loudy and noisy.
