This is our 4th stay and each time there is a problem with receiving the code to get the key to enter the property. Please issue the code to the grey box outside the garage door!!!!

This was a stunning apartment, suited us perfectly. Comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again if i am visiting again. Walking distance to a number of beautiful quality restaurants and cafes as well as to the bay.
It's not a dislike per se, but your last instructions for checkout need updating as we didn't have keys or fob ;)
After an 11 hr drive difficulty with keyless entry. Had to leave aptmt unlocked first night when out Water on floor in bathroom - leaking toilet? slipped in the morning. Tiles very slippery No working bedside lamps in one bedroom. Third bed in doorless entry. Open holes in ceiling Beds average Drove over broken glass in carspace
Good size, good location. Met Steve when we arrived and he was friendly and informative. Staff i spoke to before the stay were helpful with my questions
It was very clean, comfy beds, great facilities and great location. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.
The only thing bad thing was our lounge was so so soft that when you sit on it you literally sink. Was not comfortable at all 🙁 but everything else was great 😊
I received a text on the day of departure saying I need to leave fobs on the table or I would have to pay $100 for each fobs. I didn't even know what fobs are, I texted asking what it is but never got a reply. So I had to leave wondering if I would get the extra charge. I stayed in the apartment with my family, 6 people all together. We are only given one code to access the key to get in to the apartment and it was very inconvenient that the person to enter had to have my mobile phone to access this code.
The apartment was nice but I don't know how it could be called a 3 bedroom apartment. My husband and I had the main bedroom, and this room was extremely comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed, close to shops, restaurants, and lake. It would have been value for money if it actually had 3 bedrooms.
I believe a room needs to have a door on it to be called a room, and the 3rd bedroom did not, may be it could have been called a study. I would not have been comfortable staying in this space at all.
My friend and her partner had the second bedroom and did not find the bed comfortable.
The air-conditioner upstairs was leaking into the downstairs bedroom doorway.
Well appointed serviced apartment, plenty of space, nice outdoor balcony with table, easy access via lift, secure parking and close to everything at Warner’s Bay.
Not a dislike, but more just a minor thing- only exactly enough plates/bowls etc for 4 people which is fine, but would have been nice to have a few more items in the kitchen to save having to wash up after every meal.
Also, the lounge is only small considering it’s a 2 bedroom apartment.
