Room was hard to find. I was in Room 11. Signs at the front were not very clear where 11 was.

Il y avait de la poussière sur les barreaux du lit (frame ) et en dessous du lit .
A éviter absolument. Chambre minuscule, à peine 1m pour circuler autour du lit. Pas de placard ni penderie, impossible de défaire ou poser une valise cabine. 1 seul verre, pas de fourchette. Pas de lampe de chevet. Un trou dans le mur bouché avec un klinex ...!
The bed was very comfortable, the cleaning staff when I approched them for something greeted me with a smile. I liked that there is a washer/dryer available for guests. My room was clean when i arrived.
Availability of a staff person onsite.While I was there I has a few of your guests approach me asking if I knew where to find some staff because they were looking for extra towel, and products like that. It was late in the evening maybe like 7-9 and the person appeared to be a Little frustrasted there being no staff person there to help. I told him i didnt see anyone but told him to walk around and see if he can find someone.
Good price, very good location, accessible to the Metro, restobars, downtown and parks. Comfy bed and cool AC after a long hot summers day was lovely.
The room’s door lock doesn’t seem so secure. The walls could use some cleaning, there were a few hand prints and smudges. Fix the stove and kitchen outlet fuse, we were not able to use the coffee machine and stove. Also a heads up notice to the guest about ongoing road construction in-front of the hotel would be appreciated.
only got one towel for four days. there is no one on site in case you have issues with entry codes etc

Bed was squishy, location was great.
There was no soap in the bathroom, but there were 10 miniature bottles of shampoo?? Also the front door of the hotel didn't lock as promised, not to mention nearly everything in the hotel lobby was broken. Also no hot water in the shower.

I wasn't expecting much. I saw the reviews weren't too good. However, I was very impressed by the room. It was clean, minimalist, functional, and most importantly, very affordable. Had towels and was clean. Wifi was reliable. I would go back.
Front door was a bit annoying to open, but if you're willing to spend an extra 15 seconds to figure it out, it'll be worth it.
