Très bonne chambre d'hôtel mais petit déjeuner décevant.
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, le personnel est très souriant et de bon conseil. Le personnel répond aussi très vite au message ce qui est agréable. Les chambres sont agréables et la literie confortable. les chambres sont bien climatisés, avec une clim qui ne fait pas de bruit ce qui est appréciable

Cons:

le petit déjeuner n'est pas très qualitatif ( confiture en dose unitaire, etc.. ) - gustativement il n'est pas au niveau du prix de la chambre d'hôtel.

Très bien, mais manque d’honnêteté sur la présentation de l’établissement sur booking. Dommage.

L’emplacement!!! Le bâtiment majestueux. la chambre ( même si très sombre alors qu’on nous avait soit disant surclassé )

Cons:

La supercherie pour le parking. Le centre historique de Florence est difficile d’accès en raison d’une zone ZTL. Malgré de plusieurs échanges par message avec l’Hotel, aucune mention de ces difficultés, et contrairement à ce que disait Booking, pas de parking à l’hôtel, ils nous ont juste donné deux adresses aucune aide ni aucune prise en charge par l’hôtel pour la voiture, cela nous a coûté 72 € de plus pour deux nuits.
Autre point négatif : il est noté piscine Spa. En fait il s’agit d’une d’un tout petit bassin pour lequel il faut réserver un créneau d’une heure à l’avance. Lors de notre arrivée, la réceptionniste (très peu avenante) nous a indiqué que la température de l’eau était à 34° ce qui nous a fait renoncer à cette prestation

Idéalement situé pour une visite des sites remarquables de Florence.
Pros:

La localisation idéale pour visiter le centre historique. Un personnel très sympathique et cherchant vraiment à répondre à nos besoin. Une très grande chambre avec une bonne literie. Hôtel calme.

Cons:

Uniquement des douches chaudes difficiles à supporter avec des journées à 38 degrés.
Petit déjeuner abondant mais produits peu qualitatifs.
Intégrer le prix du parking et des taxes dans votre séjour … ça change un peu la donne.

Pros:

Super bien ubicado, y el personal encantador.

Cons:

Si tuviera que poner alguna pega sería que en la habitación había una puerta que daba con otra habitación (obviamente cerrada).

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were attentive and quick to respond. Simona was amazing and welcoming, and she gave me tips on where to visit. The cleaning staff were kind and attentive, I had a minor issue with my room, and it was solved immediately with a hand written note from the Director, flowers and chocolate to my surprise. All in all, a good stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel and great stay. Super friendly and welcoming staff
Pros:

We arrived in a very friendly place with a very welcoming staff. We had a very spacious room with a kitchen. We used it in the evening to eat the delicious take away food from "Il Bufalo Trippone" just at the bottom of the hotel. The hotel has a nice pool and sauna. You have to book the pool in advance at the reception desk, this avoids that the pool is crowded and thus you can fully relax using it.

Cons:

The hotel is in the ZTL, although it is listed with a parking, the hotel has none and works with two nearby guarded parkings (3-5 minutes walking depending on how much you carry). You only discover it after booking. It is not a huge problem but still worth mentioning

Great Hotel - spot on
Pros:

Location was great - this is a very good city centre hotel. Rooms were very spacious and clean and staff were very good. Didn't have the breakfast so can't comment on that but used the spa and pool which was a welcome relief from the 40 degree heat !!

Cons:

Air con was a bit noisy but we've experienced that in other hotels in Siena and Venice too ... maybe I've got super sensitive hearing :)
