Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen tollen Florenz Urlaub

Die Lage ist unschlagbar. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und der perfekte Start in den Tag. Unser Zimmer war perfekt.

Pros:

J’ai beaucoup apprécié la piscine et le sauna. Le jeune homme du spa était d’une gentillesse incroyable.
La dame de la cafétéria était également très gentille et serviable.
J’ai bien aimé la chambre.

Cons:

En revanche, il manquait un hammam au spa, ce qui aurait été un vrai plus. Aussi le fait de devoir réserver la piscine était contraignant du fait que nous payons l’hôtel pour avoir aussi accès à la piscine.
De plus, la variété du petit-déjeuner était un peu limitée.

Cela dit, ces points négatifs ne nous ont pas dérangés outre mesure, notamment grâce à la proximité de la ville.

Lovely quirky place. Amazing pool and sauna and excellent breakfast space and actual breakfast!
Pros:

Superb staff. They are truly wonderful. Lovely breakfast and the lady - apologies did not get her name - who was there each morning was amazing.

Cons:

Floor in pool area was very wet - needs to drain better?

Pros:

Hotel je divan,na odličnoj lokaciji i sve je blizu. Osoblje je bilo jako usluzno i ljubazno.Pohvalila bi Simonu koja je bila jako simpatična,odgovorila je na sva nasa pitanja koje smo imali,uputila nas je u restoran sa odličnom hranom a pri samom dolasku smo dobili od nje upgrade sobu. Vraćamo se sigurno.

Wonderful hotel in a fantastic location close to everything in Florence.
Pros:

The junior suite was perfect for family of four, including two teenagers. Fantastic location. Wellness area in the basement is a great bonus, and I think it was great that you can reserve times so that it's not overcrowded. Great breakfast. Staff were super helpful and welcoming.

Fantastic hidden gem
Pros:

Team were fantastic. I met May on check in who was wonderful - friendly, welcoming and very professional. We also dealt with Davide and Francisco who were also great. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of facilities and comfort. The location is perfect. A special mention for Edrilina (I hope I spelt that correctly), who managed the brilliant breakfast service with a lovely welcoming smile. She was so nice and helpful and kept an eye on everything to make sure we had what we needed. I don't normally give 'gushing' reviews but this hidden gem definitely deserves it. Well done, team 👏

Pros:

The hotel’s central location was perfect to explore Florence, just 8-10’ from everywhere. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including the famous gelato shop. The facilities were superb, clean, and comfortable. We stayed at the Junior suite which was perfect for a family of three and a dog, with separate rooms giving us more privacy and rest. The breakfast buffet was savoury with plenty of local flavours. The spa was really cozy and intimate, specially its heated pool and finish sauna.

Cons:

More of a recommendation: the website says children under 18 are not allowed to the spa, therefore we didn’t brought our daughter in with us. We found during our stay at the spa children can enter if they sign a waiver, but this wasn’t viable neither at booking.com or the website. Moreover, the hotel booked us in the spa with a family with two small children which were jumping into the pool and splashing everywhere — it would be better to give families with children their own time slot so they can enjoy freely, while still allowing adult couples a relaxed stay. The staff was attentive of the feedback and even extended a bottle of wine to us.
