Soggiorno perfetto
Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro con camere spaziose e pulite, dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima spa. Il direttore e la ragazza bionda alla reception meritano una lode, sempre disponibili ed attenti. Ci hanno coccolato per tutto il tempo. Vado spesso a Firenze per lavoro e mai ho apprezzato come stavolta il soggiorno. Abbiamo dormito due notti in questo hotel e rientrare dopo una giornata di lavoro, rilassarci nella spa e poi passeggiare sotto i tetti di firenze ha reso questi due giorni di lavoro una piccola fuga dalla routine quotidiana. Torneremo sicuramente.

höchst zentrale Lage. Gutes und sehr ausreichendes Frühstück. Sauna/ Spa-Bereich sehenswert (weniger wegen der Sauna an sich, aber der Einbau im Keller ist einfach wirklich schön).
Zimmer in tollem Design, das klassische Renaissancemotive mit moderner Kunst verbindet. Betten und Kopfpolster hervorragend.

Es muy céntrico, la cama es muy cómoda y todo está muy limpio

Cons:

La chica de la limpieza entró en la habitación cuando estábamos durmiendo con intención de limpiarla despertándonos, al decirle que no queríamos que la limpiara en ese momento se fue, pero ya nos interrumpió el descanso. A los 10 minutos de ella irse, nos llamó la recepcionista Cristina para insistirnos en que la chica quería limpiarla, a lo que le contestamos que todavía estábamos en la habitación y no teníamos intención de irnos en ese momento.
Quiero destacar que no lo hicieron de malas maneras, pero ya el hecho de que estábamos cansados de haber viajado todo el día de antes y queríamos descansar bien nos lo interrumpió.
