Zentrale Lage, sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstück, freundliche Mitarbeiter.
Schönes helles Zimmer. Schöner Frühstücksraum.
Das Frühstück war immer schön präsentiert mit allem was man sich wünscht.
Zimmer und Bad immer sehr gut gereinigt.
NB: Ich übernachtete schon im Jahre März 2025; aus der guten Erfahrung habe ich dieses Hotel wieder gewählt.

La ubicación es magnífica, se puede ir caminando a todos los lugares emblemáticos de Florencia. El personal muy amable en todo momento. El desayuno es muy completo y las habitación está especialmente limpia. La habitación cuádruple es muy amplia. Nos alojamos con dos niños y estuvimos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia

A perfect night stay
Pros:

Everything this was our best hotel on this trip it was everything we needed spa breakfast room all great

Cons:

The access to the spa was a bit of a faff had to go to reception for key then return after but didn't take away from anything just could be easier if you received access at check in time

Excellent séjour à Florence ! Hôtel idéalement placé pour visiter la ville à pied. Chambre magnifique (merci pour le surclassement 🤩), personnel souriant et attentif, petit-déjeuner copieux et spa très agréable. Je recommande vivement.
