La freddezza e meccanicità di tutto. Per l’aspettativa che avevo, qualità bassa. Colazione di qualità bassa. Spa non all altezza: idromassahgi in piscina non funzionanti o quasi … Invece camere molto pulite.

Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir 2 Freundinnen hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, bekommen haben wir 2 Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungsgang , 2 Bäder und eine Küche. Ein Traum. Frühstück sehr gut. Schwimmbad klein aber nett. Personal super. Sofort wieder.

L'emplacement évidemment, la piscine chauffée qui accueille les enfants une fois qu'on signe une décharge, surface des chambres (on avait 2 chambres communicantes)

La surface des chambres.... en fait on aurait pu largement être avec nos 2 enfants dans une seule chambre sans être obligés de prendre deux chambres....
Le canapé etait taché
Il n'y a pas de partie commune type grand hall pour se poser et prendre un verre par exemple
Les têtes de lit sont très bien décorées, les autres murs gagneraient à être travaillees pour gagner en chaleur
Tout est très cher sur florence...

My room felt like a museum! Wow!
Pros:

What an unexpected surprise! My room felt like a museum with high painted ceilings like the Sistine Chapel and part of a former church altar and sculptures. Huge with a kitchen area and desk. Could honestly live in this room! Given my schedule, never had the chance to use the spa/swimming area but heard great things from other guests. Best place I stayed on my three week vacation!

Cons:

Odd configurations with stairs, landings and elevators but that's part of the charm of the place. Not all rooms are exactly on the same level as the elevator. If carrying luggage is an issue, just ask for help. It's worth it!

Pros:

Mooi hotel, vriendelijk personeel en mooie kamer. Ontbijt prima. Locatie midden in het culturele centrum, vele bezienswaardigheden.

My stay here was fine. No major complaints.
Pros:

The location was very convenient and the room was spacious with a separate living room from the bedroom.
