Pros:

Really nice place with a nice pool to chill and really calm. Good location to get to the beach and downtown area. Super nice staff, very helpful and friendly.

Pros:

Café da manhã não utilizado.
Conforto do quarto excelente.

Cons:

Localização bastante complicada para chegar, mesmo usando aplicativo.
Na chegada, tivemos que contratar um taxi para localizar o hotel.
Não há estacionamento privativo, a rua é a opção.
Tivemos um problema de fraude na cobrança inicial e durante nossa estadia não houve nenhum contato por parte da gerência/proprietário para um esclarecimento pessoal.

Aufenthalt mit Höhen und Tiefen. Preis Leistung akzeptabel!
Pros:

Das Personal war immer bemüht und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Unterkunft sehr stark verschlissen und abgenutzt. Housekeeping macht nur nach Rücksprache sauber. Definitiv kein 5-Sterne Hotel nach Ausstattung und Zustand der Räumlichkeiten.

it was not too far from center

Cons:

It was not clean, there was lizard and cockroach in room, cockroach under the pillow. There was no breakfast or tea coffee machine available although it was mentioned while booking the hotel.

La tranquilidad del Hotel para relajarse, así como la intimidad de las habitaciones. El trato del equipo fue muy amable y dispuestos a ayudarte y asesorarte en todo momento.

Cons:

En mi opinión el restaurante debería dar un servicio más completo.

Small hotel that needs someone to supervise and educate the staff on working on hospitality.
Pros:

Small and intimate.

Cons:

After my checkout I jokingly asked the front desk person if I could stay in the common area working. Never would I imagine his answer would be, ‘we can give you an hour to be here.’ Seeing my face of shock, he then said ‘Maybe we can give you an hour and a half.’ My stay had been ok, but I have never been to a hotel with staff so poorly prepared to deal with guests. I left for a nearby cafe shortly after.

Pros:

We came as a group and had a really nice stay. Everything was clean and nice environment. It’s very cheap and safe. The staff were very kind and friendly, even the people that stayed there. I would 100% book here again for a trip back to tulum. The view waking up to the pool was wonderful. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!! I have never left a review but this place was really nice

Pros:

Tout sauf à la rigueur la situation excentrée par rapport aux lieux d’intérêt.
Mais le quartier ultra résidentiel dans lequel se trouve l’hôtel est très bien. Totalement en contraste avec le reste de la ville d’ailleurs.

Increíble hotel en Tulum, relación calidad - precio
Pros:

Las piscinas de área común, la habitación, la relación precio calidad, ubicación más o menos si vas en carro no hay problema. La atención, casi todo estuvo bien. Fueron detalles no más los que no me gustó.

Cons:

Los detalles malos fueron tres:
En el bote de basura no sacaron la basura del huésped anterior.
No habia agua en el baño, para bañarse o lavarse las manos, en la mañana en nuestra habitación.
La piscina privada no se podía llenar más (aunque solicite que se llene más) y estaba algo sucia.

Pros:

Nous disposions d'une très belle chambre avec mini piscine. Literie très confortable. Chambre spacieuse et moderne. La piscine est top. Il faut absolument disposer d'un moyen de transport car l'hôtel est dans la zone hôtelière, où il n'y a vraiment pas grand chose. Point négatif de cet hôtel : le petit déjeuner. Service très très long et beaucoup de plats proposées dans la carte nous ont été refusés (à priori par manque d'ingrédients !!). Mieux vaut donc aller petit déjeuner ailleurs.

Pros:

Great experience and beautiful hotel within the local community. Pool was relaxing and the room was superb. I left my phone on the shuttle on the way to the location and John helped me get it back. What a trip saver!
Highly recommend.
