Sauber und geräumig

Cons:

Entgegen der Aussage "Bezahlung bei Anreise", wurde der Betrag 2 Tage nach Buchung über meine Kreditkarte abgebucht. Das darf so nicht passieren!!

Aufenthalt zu empfehlen bei Reisen mit dem Auto
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren zweckmäßig ausgestattet, auch im Winter ging die Heizung sehr gut, ebenfalls eine sehr gute Parkplatz Situation.

Cons:

Sowohl beim Check-In, der direkt über ein Terminal gemacht werden muss, als auch beim Check-Out, gab es technische Schwierigkeiten. Die Hotlines waren nicht erreichbar, wir mussten über eineinhalb Stunden warten, bis die Zimmer betreten werden konnten. Es mussten sehr viele Telefonate geführt werden, (mit Booking.com) bis die Situation geklärt werden konnte. Das ganze wurde von dem Anlagenbetreiber, auch bei einer telefonischen Rücksprache nach dem Aufenthalt, nicht professionell gehandhabt. Laut Anlagenbetreiber ist so etwas wie in unserem Fall in den letzten drei Jahren noch nie passiert.

Gute Lage um München zu erkunden
Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut zu erreichen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen.Problemloser Check-in und Check- out . Das Standardapartment war groß und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Excellent apartments with all facilities which are top of the line, cleaning frequency could be better

Good apartments, comfortable with very good and premium appliances and utensils

Cons:

The cleaning frequency even if it is an apartment is quite low, once in 7 days , would have preferred a cleaning frequency every 3-4 days
