Pros:

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo y la verdad se me hace súper accesible y súper cómodo tal cual está en las fotos está en persona, lo que sí es que todo lo de afuera se escucha, en la mañana unas personas estaban bajando de las escaleras del piso de arriba y bajaron carcajeando y pues se escuchó todo pero de ahí en fuera la verdad está demasiado bien para el precio

Adequate for the price
Pros:

The rooms had everything you need and there is a metro station about 10 minutes walk away, which was great. The checkin was super easy, we got the codes for all the doors in the morning and were able to enter without any issues. We met the owner a few hours later though who seemed a little astonished that we had already checked in. One of our rooms had a functioning coffee maker which was perfect. The roof of the building is very nice to sit on and relax. The mattresses were comfortable.

Cons:

Apparently the rooms only get cleaned if you stay for seven days or something which we only learned after a couple of days. Sadly, the rooms were small and a little messy quite quickly and we had to figure out on our own where we could empty our trash.
Only one of our rooms had a functioning coffee maker and we only had enough coffee for the first day.
It was very loud at night with other guests shouting and having the tv on very loud and there was no one to do anything about it, we had to complain to the other guests ourselves which didn’t always work.
We knew there was no elevator, so we weren’t surprise we had to carry our luggage, a toddler and a stroller up 4 flights of stairs. We were a little surprised that even someone in a wheelchair got a room that high up though. Maybe it would be better to have people with not as much mobility on the ground or first floor.

Hay cafetera, horno de microondas y frigobar.
El vigilante muy amable.
El único pero es que me tocó en el quinto piso y no hay elevador.

Increible sus instalaciones y ni hablar de la excelente limpieza y trato de las recamareras y el guardia. Atendieron mis problemas en el instante, si no fuera por ellos y sus finisimas atenciones hubiera batallado para entrar a la propiedad.

Homi siempre es garantía, he tenido la oportrunidad de quedarme en hospedajes de la misma cadena en otros estados, y todos sin excepción se distinguen por su limpieza y sus instalaciones de calidad, además de que su precio es accesible. El único detalle que tuve con mi alojamiento en CDMX es el ruido que hacía la bomba de agua, estaba a un costado de mi cuarto y el ruido no tenía hora, en dos ocasiones nos tocó en la noche y no podíamos dormir, pero supongo solo afectaba a nuestro cuarto, el 004, fuera de eso todo muy excelente, recomendado.
