I highly enjoyed the 21C. It was kooky and fun - totally my vibe!
Pros:

I loved the decor, the artwork, the hotel room. It was kooky and fun and I enjoyed it. Bathroom was HUGE and one of my requests was to be on the upper floor and to have the penguin in the room, like on the website. Well, I got the high room, but no penguin. When I went to tell the front desk person, he obliged my request and brought me the big red penguin. :-) Kudos to that guy! He made the stay all the better.

Cons:

The pillows are feather and they were very hard and uncomfortable. The bed was just ok. The furniture is quite hard/firm but still comfy and fun, I just wish the bed and pillows were better.

Cons:

Decor pillow on the bed was dirty and stained. I also thought the price of the valet parking was beyond expensive.

Lovely
Pros:

Close to Stifel theater. Great restaurants and lovely staff.

Cons:

No bellhop, something I expect at a hotel of this stature. Room was quite small.

Horrible experience, would never stay there again.
Pros:

The only thing positive was the room was nice once we actually got in the rrom

Cons:

Check in was supposed to be 4pm. The room was not ready until 7:30. Had dinner reservations that we could not get ready for due to the room not being ready and was told to use the gym locker room which is totally unacceptable when paying that much for a hotel room.

Okay. Did not appreciate $50 parking. Room had some faults.
Pros:

No views. Pricey for the room I had.

Cons:

Had to go to main floor for ice, I was on 8th floor. Only one coffee cup. Refrigerator was warm. Couldn't use tub.

Concept is great but they currently seem to have some real issues with logistics and infrastructure
Pros:

Great design, well done renovation, love the art, restaurant and bar are good. Housekeeping friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There are some real infrastructure issues compared to our previous stay. No towels in the gym and pool area, TV remote control out of battery, room phone does not work, broken shower in pool changing room, empty or missing shampoo and body wash in room and gym area showers, only one cup in the room.

Pros:

Well the staff were friendly but the time to get was over 1 hour. If it weren't for this part of experience,I would have rated this hotel as a 10 out of 10

Cons:

Just amount of time waiting for breakfast.
