Wonderful vibe filled with kind staff, great location, and lovely amenities! Loved the art! Will go again.
Pros:

The friendly people and the artistic vibe as well as being able to get a craft cocktail with out leaving the hotel. The coffee shop was wonderful too! The valet/door lady Rose was a gem! Everyone was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

It’s a little pricier than some of the other nice, boutique hotels.

Location is phenomenal, bar is WAY overpriced, cleaning needs to be a priority.
Pros:

It’s in the center of the city, which was convenient because I was seeing a concert at Enterprise Center. So I could walk there and other places very easily. The art gallery was fantastic!!!!

Cons:

The cleanliness was not up to par. I walked into the pool room / parlor and there were dust bunnies all over the floor like it hadn’t been swept or vacuumed in months. On the tables in the same room there were unknown fluids dried onto them. It’s obvious they hadn’t been wiped in goodness knows how long. Not impressive when I’m paying almost $200 a night. The bar is over priced. I don’t know if this happens all the time but I ran a tab with a debit card and ordered 2 drinks. One was $10 and the other was $8, tell me why my tab was $27 and some change??? There was no itemized statement on the receipt so I don’t know what the bartender rang in, I don’t know what I’m being taxed, or if there’s gratuity. I’ve never seen anything like that. Very strange indeed. My room was presentable but the toilet had not been cleaned properly, nor was there a trash can liner in the bathroom for garbage.

Invite me back, please!
Pros:

My stay at **21c Museum Hotel St. Louis** was nothing short of an experience — not just a hotel stay, but a whole vibe. ✨

From the moment I walked in, I was surrounded by contemporary art that made the space feel curated, bold, and inspiring. It’s literally like sleeping inside a museum — but with luxury, comfort, and intention woven into every detail.

The rooms? Modern, sleek, and effortlessly stylish. The high ceilings, thoughtful design, and plush bedding made it hard to leave. Every corner felt Instagram-worthy without even trying.

The service was top-tier — warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. And let’s talk about the atmosphere: creative, elevated, and culturally rich. Whether you’re a business traveler, couple, or content creator looking for a stunning backdrop, this is the spot.

If you’re in St. Louis and want a stay that feels inspiring, artistic, and luxurious all at once, 21c is it. 10/10 — I’ll absolutely be back. 🖤

Pros:

Rooms are very nice

Cons:

- until today they can not manage to give me an invoice of my stay: I asked at check out, I send mails and phoned: staff was not helpful at all (even to requests from booking.com customer service there are no reactions)

- breakfast: was one day quite chaotic with lack of food at 7:45 am. I had to leave without anything

Comfy and relaxing.
Pros:

Food was great, ate at idol wolf resturant all 3 nights. Location was OK, but wished there had been more things we could have walked to (besides the City Museum).

Cons:

See above re location - little you can do about that.
