We had a good time . It is a very fun hotel
Pros:

I booked a room with 2 queens but they said it was unavailable on our arrival but they did upgrade us to a suite for the same price so I feel like they tried to make it up to us. Mattress on sleeper couch had popcorn crumbs on it and a few stain on the edge. I did not report that.

Cons:

Elevators were out of order but they did get 1 repaired. Which made for better flow for people. No towels available at pool on Sunday . Was told they were out for the night. I feel they should have called first more. There were several people at the pool who needed them. I think they did try to resolve issues and staff was very nice.

Great location and beautiful

Cons:

Several mishappens that was probably just our luck. Check in was at four but had to wait almost another full hour for room to be ready. Hot tub was cold, and had to search down for towels because they were never restocked. Server was down entire day so wasn’t able to have any food on sight (main reason we chose this location) Asked for a crib and wasn’t ready with our room and had to wait, not too major but still a pain with a little one.

Pros:

Valet parking at $53 is rather expensive. Should be included just like parking just for restaurant located inside hotel . I feel like suite should include parking .

Perfect setting if you’re looking for a unique, upscale boutique hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful property with something intriguing to look at around every corner. The historic site created the perfect, boutique setting for a weekend getaway for a girls trip.

Cons:

The room was smaller than expected, but the bathroom was spacious, clean and modern.

Wonderful vibe filled with kind staff, great location, and lovely amenities! Loved the art! Will go again.
Pros:

The friendly people and the artistic vibe as well as being able to get a craft cocktail with out leaving the hotel. The coffee shop was wonderful too! The valet/door lady Rose was a gem! Everyone was very nice and helpful!

Cons:

It’s a little pricier than some of the other nice, boutique hotels.
