Rooms are very nice

Cons:

- until today they can not manage to give me an invoice of my stay: I asked at check out, I send mails and phoned: staff was not helpful at all (even to requests from booking.com customer service there are no reactions)

- breakfast: was one day quite chaotic with lack of food at 7:45 am. I had to leave without anything

Comfy and relaxing.
Pros:

Food was great, ate at idol wolf resturant all 3 nights. Location was OK, but wished there had been more things we could have walked to (besides the City Museum).

Cons:

See above re location - little you can do about that.

Pros:

The amenities in the hotel are great- sauna , hot tub, pool, fitness center, bar, restaurant, cafe, soaking tub … all this creates a space where you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to.. perfect for a getaway.

Cons:

I had major issues with air conditioning in my room which was awful, service elevator issues- we were stuck for several minutes, lots of scratches on the walls throughout the hotel which is weird since it’s so new, and the closets have a weird smell.

Just ok.
Pros:

The facilities were really nice. Rooms were ok size, bathroom was nicely done. The bartender (Mason) was awesome!!! Valet/valet service was good and helpful.

Cons:

The cleanliness, the phone didn't work in my room or my friend's rooms, no microwave available to guests, and the front desk staff was not a good example of hospitality.
