Pros:

Me surpreendi muito com a qualidade do hotel. Nos outros hotéis da rede Ibis, nunca encontrei um nível de conforto, atendimento e estrutura igual ao do ibis Poços de Caldas.

O café da manhã é muito bom, os quartos são limpos, novos e organizados, a cama é confortável e o ambiente no geral é agradável. Foi uma experiência acima do que eu esperava e sinceramente me arrependi de não ter me hospedado antes.

Cons:

O único ponto de atenção é que o estacionamento é terceirizado e possui custo à parte, no valor de R$30,00 a diária.
