Air conditioning not working, hot in room all night, very pricey for what we got.. no towels

Yes the food was great the only problem we had was the ac was not working on room 12 it was so hot

The place is undergoing renovation, not dirty but still need improvements. The room was spacious as it was the restroom. The food was great, no complaints, the service was excellent in every-way, the staff was very eager to assist in every-way possible. I would recommend this place and will return for sure, maybe next time they are complete with the renovations. Cheers..

This resort has a clasdic spanish feel as soon as you walk in. Nice pool, bar and outsoor area to lounge around with access to the beach. Overall great but check your room size before booking.

It was a cute property. The staff very hospitable. the down side is, no towels. Wish i’d known so i’d bring my own

Overall the property was nice. If you do stay there make sure to take a mosquito repellent. I think if the property had a few mosquito zappers it would really help

The place is great, the place is beautiful, great rooms, very beautiful view, great customer service. Except the mosquitos was the only problem in the experience, too much mosquitos in the rooms and would always catch us while sleeping. I think they should do something about it with a mosquito trap. That was the only complaint but other than that the experience was great.

Nice quite place to relax

A mí persepcion el hotel está descuidado, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear y el aire acondicionado de un cuarto no funcionaba y no pudieron resolver el problema, ni siquiera lo intentaron. El agua de la piscina estaba sucia, puede que mi experiencia haya si así debido que fue día festivo aunque hay cosas que no son aceptables.

Pool was out of service for 4 days. The room and bed blankets dirty with stains.

Muchas cosas que mejorar para el precio atención en el personal limpieza en el lugar y en la hora de llegada ?

La habitación olía a lejía la piscina se veía sucia y en malas condiciones en general el aseo de todo el hotel es muy malo, es muy cara la comida y el desayuno estaba malo y el servicio al cliente fue muy malo

This place was nothing like the picture online. Dirty. NO HOT WATER. has to shower with very cold water. The place was not clean. They don’t do the bedrooms daily.

Our recent stay at Hotel Sambo Mambo in El Cuco, El Salvador, was a major disappointment. We booked a room for four, but upon arrival, we found that the restroom in our room was not working. Since the hotel was fully booked, we were forced to use the public restrooms, which were dirty and poorly maintained.

The food was overpriced for the quality provided, adding to the frustration. Furthermore, the air conditioning in the room was inadequate, leaving us uncomfortable throughout our stay.

Despite bringing these issues to the staff’s attention, no resolution was offered, making the experience even more frustrating. We cannot recommend this hotel unless substantial improvements are made.
