Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. The parking is located in Mall Paseo Costanera, the hours of operation are from 07:00hrs to 20:30hrs, outside these hours should contact the hotel reception.
