Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The parking is located in Mall Paseo Costanera, the hours of operation are from 07:00hrs to 20:30hrs, outside these hours should contact the hotel reception.

Estadia, em maio de 2026, no Novotel Puerto Montt, suíte com varanda, foi uma grande experiência.
Pros:

No piso do Novotel há um acesso ao Shopping Paseo Costanera, exclusivo para os hóspedes. Há, também, entrada exclusiva dos estacionamentos do subsolo do complexo (Shopping e Hotel), para os hospedes com cartões da hospedagem. A vista do refeitório para a Baía e, também, as vistas.das janelas e varandas dos apartamentos é espetacular!

La habitación tenía una caja fuerte pero no funcionaba. El staff nos informó que ninguna de las cajas funcionaba en el resto de las habitaciones.

Se corto la.luz en toda la ciudad y en ese momento estaba en la ducha .... no hay luz de emergencia en el baño.
En la pieza no fue necesario ya que al abrir las cortinas, estando frente al mar, la luz nos permitía movernos sin problema

Que me digan que desde los 13 años mi hija debe ir a una hab a parte o alguno de los adultos, si la hab tiene dos camsas grandes y todavia es peque dejen un par de años mas dentro de la misma hab. esta vex me dicjeron que podia pero ya no mas .
