Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The parking is located in Mall Paseo Costanera, the hours of operation are from 07:00hrs to 20:30hrs, outside these hours should contact the hotel reception.

No nos repusieron ni el té
Pros:

la ubicación y la vista desde la habitación es excelente.

Cons:

Uno esperaría que repusieran las bolsas de té y sobres de café (era nescafé nomás, no cuesta nada reponer), pero sólo había el primer día, y nunca más nos pusieron (estuvimos 5 noches). El desayuno además, para lo que cobra el hotel, básico, bien fome realmente.

Excelente desayuno, habitaciones muy espaciosas y ubicación privilegiada.

Cons:

El funcionamiento del aire acondicionado no era bueno. Estaba siempre caliente el aire, puse la temperatura al mínimo y función high y no salía frio.

Habitación bien. Pésima propuesta del restaurant.
Cons:

La experiencia del Restaurant, es de las peores que he visto. Es increíble que mal se está aprovechando la infraestructura que tienen. El personal hace lo mejor que puede pero la propuesta está mal dirigida. La cena consiste en platos recalentados, del cual tiene un stock limitado. Hay un solo menú impreso para todo el salón. Repito que el personal pone lo mejor de sí a pesar de que es una propuesta diseñada con cero interés desde la dirección del hotel.

Pros:

Excelente escolha, quarto espaçoso com vista incrível, cama confortável, chuveiro bom (apesar de muito pequeno o espaço), atendimento muito bom e prestativo, café da manhã variado. Localização muito boa, com fácil acesso ao shopping e de frente ao início da Carretera Austral.

Cons:

Banheiro pequeno, chuveiro demorava a esquentar e o estacionamento no Mall é um pouco confuso e cheio.
