Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Cons:

El estacionamiento es aleatorio, no hay lugares reservados para el hotel. El restaurante es vergonzoso, te recomiendan reservar. El que toma la reserva te recita la carta que tenes que elegir al momento de reservar. Pregunté por carta de vinos (estamos en Chile...) y sólo no hay, sólo ofrece vinobpor copa de una única botella.

Hotel que cumple
Pros:

Buen desayuno, no excepcional, pero la vista mejora todo. Se hacía poco el espacio al estar la recepción ahí mismo y mucha afluencia de pasajeros. El personal salva todo. Tuvimos un desperfecto con el agua caliente y lo solucionaron muy rápido.

Cons:

El estacionamiento es complejo ya que al ser del mall, cierra temprano y es poco favorable para salir de noche lo que con lluvia o mucho frio hace complejo ir a un restaurant afuera, por ejemplo.

Für Puerto Mont ist es ein gutes vielleicht sogar das beste Hotel

Zentrale Lage, großes Parking, Rezeption im elften Stock ist gut, personalfreundlich

Cons:

Parking schließt irgendwann früh am Abend, dann ist kein einfacher mehr möglich, die Bäder sind ein wenig altmodisch, Balkontüre nur mit männlicher Kraft zu schieben

que te cobran aparte el desayuno, los televisores no son smart tv, el agua caliente en determinados horarios estaba apenas tibia. el comedor estaba sucio se pegan la suela de los zapatos al piso. para cenar la demora era enorme y la variedad acotada y la calidad del alimento solo la suficiente y necesaria.
