Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Ofrecer , cobra y no cumplir

Solicite y pague un cama extra grande y me otorgaron una cama chica de 1 plaza , Reclame el dia de ingreso por teléfono ya en la habitación y me respondió el recepcionista de Manera sarcástica si es que me gustaba o de lo contrario me cancelaba la Reserva , creo que ese tipo de situaciones no deberían suceder , al momento de retirarme del hotel le solicite factura a la señorita recepcionista la cual la realizo y le informe el echo del cambio de cama el cual yo pague y su respuesta fue lo veré con mi jefatura, encuentro una burla para uno como cliente son claramente cosas que no deberían suceder con Novotel no es primera ves que me e alojado ahi , y la próxima ves si sucede lo pensara 2 veces. Saludos y buen día!!!

Un hotel de la cadena Accor algo diferente

La atención de los chiquillos del restaurante turno noche y am durante mi estancia fue muy buena.

Cons:

Al realizar el check in la atención fue regular y exigieron un abono adicional de 100.000 pesos, situación que no fue informada al momento de realizar la reserva.
No hay room service
Al bajar al restaurant en la noche, no había casi nada de lo indicado en el menú.
No había gorro para cabello en los baños

El echo de estar en el mismo centro comercial te facilita mucho todo y no hace falta sacar el vehículo del estacionamiento, tranquilamente se puede mover en buses o huber, genial todo

Un excelente hotel con una vista privilegiada
Pros:

El tamaño de la habitación es súper grande.
Muy bonita la vista a la bahía.
La ubicación muy céntrica y con un mall en los primeros pisos son sin duda son de las cosas destacables !!!! Me encantó

Lo único bueno es que está en el shopping y la vista.

Cons:

El valor de la reserva no la respetaron a la hora de pagar y me pedían que entregue billetes en dólar en una condición la cual a la hora de darme el vuelto ellos no la respetaban y tuve que insistir para que me lo cambien. En el desayuno hubo que esperar 25 minutos reloj, un domingo a las 8 de la mañana, para que repongan los huevos. Las camas chicas y blandas. Olor a humedad.

Solo no me gusto que no me pusieron el numero de toallas necesarias para 4 personas, que fue lo que contrate, pero avise en recepción y me dejaron más.

Cons:

llegamos tarde y no tenian alimentacion a la habituacion, como estabamos con niños, se nos hacia mas facil comer en la pieza. tuvimos que pedir Uber eats, lo que no fue problema para el hotel.
otra cosa a mejorar fue el agua caliente, que demora en salir, pero es un detalle :) despues la ducha estaba excelente.

Estacionamiento, desayuno deficiente , comedor pequeño, sin espacios interiores , deficiente limpieza en comedor. Al llegar a tomar desayuno no había personal que se ocupara de cambio de mesas . Tuvimos que retirar y limpiar mesa para tomar desayuno .
