Important information:

Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. Cons:

Mala experiencia en el desayuno, no habían utensilios como platos, cubiertos y tasas. Tampoco había donde sentarse, personal del hotel me sacó 2 veces de las mesas, porque tenían un evento. No pude desayunar tranquila, una falta de respeto y un muy mal comienzo del día. Te piden una garantía de $100.000 por la habitación, pero ellos no garantizan entregar una buena experiencia como huésped.

Frühstück ist super! Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Heizung hat nicht funktioniert; die Fenster sind nicht dicht (leichte Zugluft) und es war ziemlich kalt im Zimmer. Wir erhielten dann aber von der Rezeption einen mobilen Heizkörper, für eine Nacht okay. Grundsätzlich finden wir, das Zimmer hat den Namen "Superior" nicht verdient. Uns hat das Standard Doppelzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten besser gefallen.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine grosse und frische Auswahl.

Cons:

Der Safe ist ohne Hilfe schwierig zu programmieren. Man muss auf den Concierge warten um am Abend rein zu kommen, oft zu lange Wartezeit.

Great location
Pros:

The room, bed, shower, VIEW, and front desk staff were a 10 plus! Great breakfast and dining room staff!

Cons:

The dining and lobby area is super noisy, and the noise echoes when it is full. Limited seating when it is crowded. They should redesign that whole area while keeping sound to a minimum.

They had a doorman who watched us unload our luggage, and all he did was push the button for the elevator, as the lobby is on a higher floor. When leaving, the doorman did not assist us till we were already putting our luggage in the car. They need some training in customer service. That's the first impression, and it should be outstanding, but it was not at all!
