Das Personal konnte englisch, es hatte eine sehr gute Lage und die Gepäckaufbewahrung war sehr praktisch für uns.

Cons:

Leider war das Personal sehr drängend eine Rezension zu bekommen. Ich kann verstehen, dass Rezensionen wichtig sind. Direkt beim Beginn des Check-ins, wurden wir mehrmals gefragt. Obwohl wir direkt meinten, dass wir das selbstverständlich machen können. Wir wollten natürlich am Ende des Aufenthalts eine Rezension schreiben, da wir das immer so machen und zu Beginn ja noch nicht wissen, wie die Unterkunft insgesamt ist. Wir hatten ja nicht mal unser Zimmer gesehen. Am Ende beim Check-Out hat er es weitere Male zu uns gesagt. Da wir den Tag über noch in der Stadt waren und das Gepäck dort gelassen hatten, war für uns der Aufenthalt noch nicht vollständig abgeschlossen. Demnach noch keine Rezension. Beim Gepäckabholen war das erste was zu uns gesagt wurde, ob wir ihn jetzt 10 Punkte geben können und das wir das bitte jetzt sofort machen sollen. Finde es sehr schade, dass er sich so verhalten hat. Denn insgesamt war es eigentlich ein total schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Lage und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hag gestimmt. Dieses sehr pushy sein ist für uns leider ein sehr negativer Punkt und macht das Personal schlechter als es eigentlich war.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly.

Another enjoyable stay, thanks to the caring staff and excellent location.
Pros:

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it continues to exceed my expectations. The staff were very accommodating and always tried their best to fulfill our requests. The location is excellent, with easy access to both Jongno 3-ga Station and Anguk Station, and there are many great restaurants nearby.

A special mention goes to the hotel staff for their kindness and attentiveness. Since we checked out early and left our key in the drop box, they called us afterward just to make sure we were safe. Such thoughtful service is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Aside from the size of the room, others are all ok.

A great location

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights and couldn’t sleep because the walls were very thin. We could hear everything from other rooms and throughout the building.

Pros:

The hotel was perfectly situated near the tourist attractions, metro and bus stops. Also, the staff were very accommodating. We were able to leave our bags after check-out and explore the city before we fly out in the evening. Everything was just perfect!!

Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, Einkaufstrassen Streetfood Tempel Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr freundliches Personal . Ruhige Lage. Sie haben sogar gegen Entgelt unsere Wäsche gewaschen.
Küche zum Essen aufwärmen und zum essen ist auch da. Trinkwasser immer vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Wenn man zu 2.oder zu 3. ist. Wegen den Koffern.
