Pros:

Perfect location near the palaces and Bukchon Hanok Village, quiet area, nice cafes and restaurants nearby, clean room, comfortable bed, nice staff, we could leave our luggages at the hotel before check-in, underfloor heating - great value for money

Cons:

The room was very small, but we knew that in advance. We only spent 3 days here, just the two of us, so it was fine. :)

すべてのスタッフさんが親切だった。
特に、トイレが詰まったが嫌な顔一つせず、てきぱき対応してくださった。
日本語で対応してくださった。
ありがたい。

Cons:

窓際から壁ににコーヒー?を溢した後があったり、窓の天井にカビがはえていた。
洗面台も古かった。
階段の手すりが危険だった。

Cuando llegamos nos atendió una chica en la recepción súper grosera, además de que tuvo problemas con encontrar nuestra reservación, se molestó pero es la primera vez que nos pasa, nos dijo que regresáramos en 1 hora y media para tomar la habitación, cuando regresamos nos dimos cuenta que la chica nunca nos hizo el check in pero esta vez nos atendió un chico muy amable que si encontró nuestra reservación en seguida, fue súper amable, el lugar está bien ubicado cerca de restaurantes y de fácil acceso para uber.

La atención de la chica recepcionista fue mala

Efficace pour un voyage petit budget mais avec un emplacement idéal.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait et le staff est très professionnel et arrangeant. Gros bonus pour le service de garde bagage même après le check out.

Cons:

Le seul bémol est que, pour moi, le ménage était fait très superficiellement. Dans les deux chambres que j’ai occupé j’ai retrouvé des cheveux et autres traces étranges. De plus, mes draps étaient troués.

Il est très bien situé. A côté du palais des restaurants autour et un combini à 50 mètres.

Very much above expectation. Can’t find better for that price.
Pros:

The location is amazing, you are walks away from Ikseon hanok village and very near (1 stop on tube) most of the cultural landmarks(2 palaces and jongmyo shrine is walkable). The staff, in particular Choi was very friendly and very helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He is the gold standard of hospitality !

Cons:

The facilities were sub par but expected for the price. With that in consideration it the facilities were livable and were never an issue.
