Pros:

The staff was so kind and accommodating, especially Mr. Choi! They made sure we had everything we needed and we felt very safe and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, being near both major palaces.

Cons:

The hot water dispenser in our room wasn't working, but there was one in the common area that we used instead. Other than that, we didn't have any other issues.

They accepted my check in even though it was little earlier to get to the hotel.

立地がかなり良い。昌徳宮・景福宮などは徒歩圏内で、宿の周りには飲食店が多い。

Stinky and broken aircon.
Pros:

The bed.

Cons:

The drain smelt of sewerage and kept wafting into the room. The aircon made a horrendous car motor sound every hour or so and died. Asked the staff to move us, they couldnt because they were fully booked. They put a plastic bag with water in it over the drain which meant our shower never drained. Thank God it was only for one night. We had to just deal with a broken aircon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Amazing location, right beside Anguk Station!
Pros:

I liked the friendliness of the staff as well as the rooms

Cons:

Sometimes the toilet made a persistent sound, but after a few minutes it was okay!
