Decent stay
Pros:

Property is good . Neat and clean. Near to Vadakanathan temple

Cons:

U have to call housekeeping for tea bags, water , towels etc. even for cleaning . Once informed the action is fast from their side

I booked Garuda Hotel as it is a 5 star one....I had an exam the very next day.... Even after paying such a huge amount the room doesn't had wifi, carpet , coffee cups, spoon.....I called and asked multiple times and staffs were very much unbothered . Someone came to address the situation after multiple calls and that guy was very much rude... Came to know he was someone from administration.....Very awful experience..My whole mind got disturbed with the situation I was in....Can't even imagine a 5 star hotel can function this way. Very much disappointing..I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.....

Pros:

I like the ambience.
Roof top beverage outlet was nice.
Breakfast was awesome.
Employees were excellent.

Cons:

Noise at the roof top beverage outlet.
Quite a lot of details are missing in the room and public spaces from HK point of view.
Towels and linen are stained and faided.
