Zentrale, schöne Anlage, aber sehr laut.
Pros:

Es war sehr zentral in Strandnähe und zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Straße direkt am Hotel ist extrem laut, weil dort die Autos vorbeibrettern. Das Bad ist sehr klein für 4 Personen. Man kann sich kaum dein umdrehen.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Residencias Samara.
Pros:

Unser Familien Appartement war gross und geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Badtücher wurden regelmässsig ausgetauscht und die Betten frisch bezogen.
Schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen.

Comfortable, clean, spacious, but loud.
Pros:

The place itself is lovely and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location is a bit loud as it is next to a main road where there are a lot of cars, trucks, 4X4, and motorcycles. Thankfully, our room was on the back side of the building so it was somewhat protected from the sound.

Très bien en général, personnel attentif et charmant mais un peu trop cher.
Pros:

La localisation près de la plage et centre ville tout en étant tranquille. L’hôte Gina était très accueillante et m’a grandement aidé suite à un accrochage avec ma voiture et la communication avec la compagnie d’assurance. La piscine était super bien également. Très propre également pour l’ensemble du site.

Cons:

Les photos des chambres sur le site web sont trompeuses car certaines chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que d’autres. Notre prix aurait été ok pour une plus grande unité mais un peu trop élevé pour ce que nous avions.

Cons:

There were issues with the water. The town of Samara had water issues as the water pump broke but they managed to make it work somehow.

Pros:

Cuisine bien équipé
Belle appartement spacieux
Bien situé à l'entre de samara, petite ville donc tout est faisable à pied
Piscine finalement assez grande

Cons:

Manque sèche cheveux
Coupure d'eau le premier soir (dans la ville ?)
Difficile de ne pas faire frotter le bas de caisse sur le parking...
Literie vieillotte, usée (grincement + matelas creusé)

L'emplacement, la piscine...

Cons:

S'agissant d'une résidence d'appartements avec des cuisines et bcp de passage, nous avons un peu regretté la présence de fourmis : cuisine, plinthe de chambre. Cela dit le logement a été livré propre en bon état.

Nice apartment with a pool within walking distance from the beach
Pros:

Very well located within a short walk to the main beach and all the restaurants and stores, very clean and well appointed apartment with a comfortable bed. We had some issues with the internet on arrival but the problem was resolved the next day. Helpful and attentive staff. Our only issue with the property was our room gave on to the main road and it was rather noisy. Besides that the property was great and very convenient with a nice pool perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Easy (unsecured) parking if you come by car.

Cons:

Noisy if your room gives on to the main road.
