Pros:

Estadia incrível!
As residências samara, são ótimas para se hospedar, tem todas a comodidades necessárias, cama confortável, espaços grandes, tudo super limpo, todo material de cozinha para podermos cozinhar, ar condicionado, piscina, o pq. Almoço muito bom, servido perto da praia.
Eu tive um pequeno problema no quarto e rapidamente me trocar para outro. Funcionários super atenciosos, um agradecimento a Gina que foi sempre 5 estrelas.
Tem serviço de lavandaria.
A piscina também é ótima.
Recomendo sem sobras de dúvidas.

Mooie accommodatie op goede plek in samara. Personeel hielp fijn bij het last minute boeken van een tour via het hotel. De tour was ook echt goed geregeld

Pros:

When you're by the pool it feels like you are in a secret oasis. Staff are responsive and address all issues and assist in a timely manner. The rooms are spacious and felt comfortable and safe. Walking score is excellent from here.

Cons:

We liked almost everything, the only big negative for this hotel is that it is located on the main road and there are really loud (intentionally loud, exhausts are on full blast, ripping through the road) motorcycles driving pretty much all day. While the balconies are fairly sound-proof, it means you can't have them open during the day (especially with napping children), and there is no "sitting peacefully" on the balcony. This noise is consistent, 6am-10pm. Even if you are in a more "interior room", you can still hear it.

The pool deck needs some maintenance, the planks are broken and/or wobbly. Is a tripping and safety hazard. Rusty screws popping out, definitely needs some love.

Pros:

Welcoming was beautiful and kind for our honeymoon.
Sea view was perfect!
The hotel is new so everything was in good maintenance.
Amazing beach beds provided.
Nice staff.

Cons:

No cleaning every day,
That's important, especially when the location is on the beach.
Front desk was not very available.

Ein kleines, modernes und chices Hotel in perfekter Lage in einem wirklich lässigem Ort
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut die Ausstattung gut und vor allem das extrem freundliche und kompetente Personal überzeugt.

Cons:

Das Bad inkl. Dusche ist etwas klein aber funktionell.

Location great. Apt SUPER clean. Pool so nice, plenty of loungers, umbrellas. In our 1-bedroom apt, we had all we needed. Small kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, etc. Small touches appreciated: S&P shakers, serviette holder, place mats. 1 bedroom apt has large bathroom. Felt safe & secure. Staff wonderful.

Cons:

No AC in kitchen/living area was a surprise.

Zentrale, schöne Anlage, aber sehr laut.
Pros:

Es war sehr zentral in Strandnähe und zu Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Straße direkt am Hotel ist extrem laut, weil dort die Autos vorbeibrettern. Das Bad ist sehr klein für 4 Personen. Man kann sich kaum dein umdrehen.

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt im Residencias Samara.
Pros:

Unser Familien Appartement war gross und geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Badtücher wurden regelmässsig ausgetauscht und die Betten frisch bezogen.
Schöner Pool mit Liegestühlen.

Pros:

The place itself is lovely and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location is a bit loud as it is next to a main road where there are a lot of cars, trucks, 4X4, and motorcycles. Thankfully, our room was on the back side of the building so it was somewhat protected from the sound.

Très bien en général, personnel attentif et charmant mais un peu trop cher.
Pros:

La localisation près de la plage et centre ville tout en étant tranquille. L’hôte Gina était très accueillante et m’a grandement aidé suite à un accrochage avec ma voiture et la communication avec la compagnie d’assurance. La piscine était super bien également. Très propre également pour l’ensemble du site.

Cons:

Les photos des chambres sur le site web sont trompeuses car certaines chambres sont beaucoup plus petites que d’autres. Notre prix aurait été ok pour une plus grande unité mais un peu trop élevé pour ce que nous avions.

There were issues with the water. The town of Samara had water issues as the water pump broke but they managed to make it work somehow.
