LOVED this hotel and the staff pure luxury and kindness!
Pros:

From the second you arrive they greet you with a very comforting arrival, we had liem Nguyen help us and make us feel so welcome throughout the whole stay in fact he probably made the stay so much more enjoyable he gave us a beautiful room upgrade for the last night, all the staff are so friendly tho the doorman are lovely!
FOOD WAS DELISH, pool area is beautiful, gorgeous rooftop bar & so clean and comfortable! Was close to everything (ask liem for the best spots)!
Highly recommended! We will be back!

Cons:

Minor thing but the beds are a little harder than I’m use to but it’s honestly minor for the rest of the beautiful hotel

Very conveniently located hotel with extremely friendly staff. Rooms were a nice quality however on the smaller side.
