Sin duda, volveríamos. Pero sobre todo, lo recordaremos.
Pros:

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en este hotel. Las instalaciones son realmente destacables: una piscina espectacular, un gimnasio muy completo, una ubicación excelente y unas vistas de la ciudad que merecen mucho la pena.

Sin embargo, lo que de verdad ha marcado la diferencia —y no es algo fácil de decir después de haber estado en muchos hoteles por el mundo, incluidos varios en Vietnam— ha sido la atención de Trinh Nguyen.

Su trato ha sido sencillamente excepcional. Cercano, atento y con una sensibilidad poco común. Incluso tuvieron un detalle en la despedida con un regalo para nosotros que, por nuestro contexto familiar actual, nos emocionó especialmente. Es de esas cosas que no esperas y que, precisamente por lo inesperadas y sinceras, se vuelven inolvidables.

A 5* hotel with 6* service. Highly reccomend.
Pros:

After a long flight we were greeted at La Siesta by their welcoming staff, a refreshing drink and a cold towel. Mai was especially friendly and professional, checked in our luggage and notified us via WhatsApp when our room was available. After a morning round the gorgeous rooftop pool we checked into our gorgeous upgraded suite, with a bathtub, a balcony and fresh fruit. When it was time to leave, we received the same excellent service from all the staff, who helped with our luggage and waved us goodbye from the roadside. Thank you for a fantastic introduction into this beautiful country and city. I would highly reccomend and also if I were to return, I would book here with no hesitation. Thank you Mai and the team for an unforgettable experience.

One of the best hotel experience!
Pros:

Excellent location, super clean room, friendly and helpful staff.
The service is world class that I got an early flight and not able to have breakfast, they packed a breakfast box for us. What a lovely experience!

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind überdurchschnittlich gross für ein Stadthotel in Vietnam. Auch das Bett war riesig und sehr bequem. Der Rooftop-Pool ist sehr schön und erfrischend.

Cons:

Das Morgenessen konnte uns leider weniger überzeugen und war eines der schlechteren von unserer 3 wöchigen Vietnamreise.

Het personeel os super behulpzaam en dat maakt je in een nieuwe onbekende stad niet alleen, waar je ook loopt. Zij zijn een hulplijn waar je ook bent als je iets nodig hebt.

And the stuff is friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Pick up transport from the airport is horrible , this is our 1st time visiting Vietnam and we didn't know about how long is the immigration are and as soon as we got out the guy didn't tell us earlier that he just left . The communication is so bad , he doesn't even speak English . (My opinion, u need to hire someone who can speak good English) that is important.
And we was so disappointed because they dont even tell us that picking up the customer is has a time limit (1 hour) . For me this is unprofessional for what i paid $603 aud and just left us like that .

Gutes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis mit außergewöhnlichen Team.
Pros:

Schönes kleines Hotel im Zentrum. Super Pool zum Entspannen - Zimmer etwas klein und Ausblick auf eine hausWand - deshalb jedoch sehr ruhig. Frühstück in einer sehr schönen Atmosphäre. Tolles Team welches meiner Freundin einen wunderbaren Geburtstag bereitet hat mit den ganzen Überraschungen!!!

Cons:

Einzig die Auswahl des Gebäcks (es gibt nur Toast und Baguette was eigentlich gleich ist vom Teig her) könnte verbessert werden.

Laut meiner Partnerin roch das Öl bei der Massage ranzig.
