Great hotel in a great location
Pros:

Rooms were small but very comfortable. WiFi worked perfectly. Amenities provided were good quality and breakfast was good.

Cons:

I was on a business trip so a proper working desk would be good. The room had a small table that was a bit of a squeeze.

Unbeatable price value, wonderful hotel
Pros:

We were blown away by this hotel, price value is unbeatable, it's very modern and beautiful, location is perfect (not in the touristy part of District 1 where all the luxury hotels are, but close to the Ben Than market and lots of nice shops and restaurants where you feel like you're really in Vietnam and not in some generic city), the breakfast selection is out of this world, the rooftop bar has a nice vibe, rooms are large and beautiful and absolutely noise free). We could not have chosen any better hotel to explore the city as a first time visitor. Highly recommended!

Overall a nice clean hotel. Spa front desk service and airport transfer not up to standard.
Pros:

Good location and clean.

Cons:

We booked a car with the hotel, but the car arranged was not to standard and felt like a regular taxi. The driver wasn’t even sure which hotel to send us to. When I asked at the reception, the staff seemed defensive and were quick to insist it was one of the hotels cars. I would have paid a fraction of the price if I had just booked a grab.

When I showed up for my massage, there was another guest that arrived at the same time slot. The spa reception decided it was more convenient to brief us both at the same time and asked us questions about whether we had sensitive skin, any areas we needed more attention, our preferred pressure strength all while standing at the counter with us sitting in the seating area. I was 1.5 meters away, and the other guest a good 2.5m away. We had to report our responses and it was a super uncomfortable experience, if not, the most mortifying experience I’ve had at a spa. For La Spa Saigon, a top rated spa, I’ve really expected better. There was also no request for feedback by any of the staff.

Apart from this, the hotel was really clean, and the location was good.

Pros:

Cet hôtel est magnifique et le personnel très professionnel et très agréable. Les chambres étaient très confortables également. Nous avons eu la chance d'y séjourner lors du nouvel an lunaire et de dîner au restaurant gastronomique situé au rooftop et c'était vraiment féerique de dîner et de profiter du feu d'artifice.

Pros:

We were so glad that we selected this fabulous hotel for the end of our trip to Vietnam.
The staff were all so attentive and extremely helpful. We felt that we had such personal treatment especially from Sam and Liam. We can't thank them enough for their service and support.
The hotel room was very clean and so well equipped. A very comfortable bed and a great shower. The location is perfect for accessing the sights to see in Saigon, with many good restaurants and coffee bars nearby.
We hope to return in the future.
