We spent three nights in Naples and this accommodation fully met our needs.
Located 10-15 minutes walk from the main train station. The neighborhood, although it looks old at first, is nice and lively with a lot of different shops, fruit and vegetable shops,...
The facility is relatively close to the Centro Storico, about 10 minutes walk.
The room met our expectations, everything was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, the towels were nice and soft. Host Yassin greeted us kindly and explained everything and surprised us with free breakfast and coffee and the coffee was phenomenal. WIFI throughout the area is good.
If we come to Naples again, we will definitely choose Botanique.

Clean, tidy and fit for purpose
Pros:

Building and apartment was clean, tidy and fit for purpose. Shower pressure was lovely, bathroom was very clean. It was nice to have a balcony and being able to step outside and sit in the morning/evening.
Location was good, short walk down into the train station area. Markets around the apartment were nice to walk around, quiet area not much noise.

Cons:

Room was a bit cold a night, radiator in a bathroom didn't heat the bedroom and AC didn't heat the room much. Could do with a warmer blanket or a second one as an option.

Difficoltà nell'accesso alla struttura, camera mediocre

Cons:

Difficoltà di accesso: la struttura non ha un portiere fisso, si accede tramite un codice. Le informazioni trasmesse sono state assenti o non tempestive, ci ho messo mezz'ora per riuscire ad entrare in camera, e solo avendo un ottima confidenza con gli strumenti elettronici. Il sistema mi ha poi indicato una camera che non era la mia, le ho dovute provare tutte prima di individuare quella giusta. La camera è spartana, pulita sì ma dozzinale. Il contesto accettabile

Hotel tranquillo, posizionato a poca distanza dalla stazione di Napoli. Check-in gestito completamente da remoto, via smartphone, per via dell'arrivo in tarda serata. Personale incontrato a colazione, molto gentile e disponibile. Stanza semplice ma accogliente e pulita. Curiosità: per usare l'ascensore, a parte la notte, bisogna pagare piccolo gettone.

Incroyable séjour
Pros:

L’accueil était incroyable, Yasinne est une personne extraordinaire toujours attentionné et de bon conseil pour tout ce qui fait savoir sur la ville.
La chambre était très bien avec un super balcon.
Le quartier est super vivant, aucun problème avec la population napolitaine. Plein d’endroits à visiter dans cette ville. Je recommande à 100%

Pas de réception 24h sur 24 comme écrit sur le descriptif de l'hôtel, du coup, cela devient difficile quand il y a un problème comme nous avons eu, serrure forcée et impossible de rentrer la clé, obligés d'attendre que quelqu'un arrive !!! petit bémol aussi pour les horaires du petit déjeuner...
