Staff were very helpful and provided excellent service. We left a bag behind and they arranged for it to be returned to our home address when we arrived home. Hotel is lovely, nice room and comfortable bed. We enjoyed the spa too. We'd definitely stay there again

Everything was wonderful, from the moment we arrived, to the minute we departed. Staffwas great, location is perfect.

Le batiment est magnifique. Les réceptionnistes très cordiaux.
Gros soucis : au rdc il n'y a aucune table à langer dans les sanitaires ni nul part. Sachant que l'hôtel accueille aussi un restaurant avec brunch, ect c'est très problématique !

Chambre de taille confortable. Beaux materiaux.
La literie est bonne mais comme souvent avec 2 matelas accolés il y a un "trou" très désagréable au centre.
Le sèche serviette présent dans la salle de bain n'est pas soufflant ce qui nous a valu des ablutions un peu fraiches.
Le ciel de pluie était partiellement bouché (calcaire?) Donc décevant pour un hotel de cette gamme.

Le petit déjeuner à été assez catastrophique car les 2 personnes présentes étaient totalement débordées et il manquait beaucoup de produits qu'il fallait demander en réassort donc pas très agréable.
Un des ascenseurs était en panne à notre arrivée donc pas d'accès direct au spa (il fallait passer par un escalier exterieur dont l'enduit des murs n'était même pas fait). Dans la soirée, le 2e asceseur ne fonctionnait plus non plus ... ce qui nous a valu de decouvrir les escaliers... clairement non terminés (des escaliers de parking sont plus terminés que ceux là !) .
Spa limité en temps > décevant.
Prix des cocktails beaucoup trop importants.
Carte des champagnes décevante sachant que la côte des bar est très proche.
Les "plus" appréciés : au buffet du petit déjeuner, plusieurs produits locaux mis en avant (pâte à tartiner Caffet, jus de fruits du pays d'Othe ...)

This is a beautiful hotel, perfectly situated for exploring Troyes. Safe car parking, wonderfully attentive, knowlegeable and friendly staff and excellent spa facilities. My only slight gripe is that breakfast was a bit average compared to some of the other hotels we've stayed at on this holiday: perfectly good, but I think we were expecting a little 'more'!? And please can we have a full length mirror in the bedroom!
That said, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel ist wirklich toll. Wir wurden sehr zuvorkommend begrüsst und auch das Zimmer war wunderbar. Eine wirklich tolle Erfahrung. Das interne Restaurant/ Bar war aber eine Katastrophe. Service schlecht und auch das Essen nicht gut. Dies wirkte sich auch aufs Frühstück aus. Das Hotel hat aber super reagiert und ist uns entgegengekommen.

A truly lovely hotel, distinguished by its exceptionally motivated and attentive staff. Throughout our stay, we wanted for nothing — every need was anticipated and graciously met.

Particularly noteworthy is the hotel’s superb location, just steps from the cathedral, the Cœur de Troyes, and the enchanting old town, with its charming timber-framed houses, inviting cafés, and excellent restaurants. A delightful base from which to explore this historic and picturesque city.

1) concert de musique jusqu’à 23 h au bar, impossible de dormir
2) pas de réglage température dans la chambre 24degre et impossible de baisser la température…..très mal dormi

The staff were amazing. I was stuck in Troyes with an issue with my car. They really looked after me including driving me to the train station when the car garage let me down. They looked after me incredibly well and I would highly recommend the hotel for its spa and food.

Great staff and rooms are excellent

Fine hotel but not super.
Reservation sydtem of Spa did not work. Both times during our Spacresetvation came others.
Otherwise no complaints.

Excellemment situé au coeur de Troyes, personnel et accueil agréable, spa et soins au top !
