Ailece konakladigimiz hafta sonu kaçamakları için çok guzel, yemekleri oldukça lezzetli, çalışanlar güler yüzlü odalar ferah yalnizca zeminlerde ki halilarda cok toz oluyor onun haricinde her şey mükemmeldi.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal hier für ein paar Tage und Kinder ist das Hotel optimal.

Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Otel konumu çok güzel. Konaklamak keyifliydi. havuz suyu çok soğuk, bol bol yüzeriz dediğimiz havuzunu kullanamadık. Çocuklar bu nedenle eğlenemedi.

I like this hotel very much.

Hotel an sich ist Top, die Umgebung ist Grotten schlecht. Keine ausgebauten Straßen, Zugang zum Hotel ist schlecht, Aktivitäten sind gleich 0. Beim Check outen wollten sie uns noch ne Rechnung aufdrücken, war aber dann doch ein Fehler. Auffüllen von Toilettenpapier war nicht wie Kaffee und Wasser.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ – Disappointing for a Four-Star Hotel

I stayed at this hotel during the high season and unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations of a four-star standard. I would rate it more as a solid three-star hotel.

Staff:

The staff appeared to be mostly inexperienced or low-cost hires. While some were friendly, there was a clear lack of professionalism throughout the service.

Food & Beverage:

The food and drink situation was frustrating:

Even during peak season, essential items were frequently missing – there was no ayran, no tea (which is quite standard in Turkey), and not enough ice cream.

For iced coffee or cocktails, there was no syrup available, which made certain drinks impossible to prepare.

Key food items, like börek or fried onions that were part of the menu, were often missing.


Cleanliness & Spa:

The spa area was not consistently clean, and didn’t seem to be properly maintained.

Location:

The hotel is quite isolated. There are no public transport options nearby, and you need to take a taxi to reach the city. On foot, you can only reach a small shop and the beach, which is about a 15-minute walk.

Conclusion:

Overall, the experience was disappointing, especially considering it was during high season. Service and availability were far below expectations.
I would not return to this hotel.

Rooms are good , staff are great, activities are excellent.
The only issue is the air-conditioning, very bad.
I had 3 rooms same floor, stayed 3 nights, and it was July, so you can imagine the importance of the air-conditioning

Odada sinek olması bir kenara, belirli yerlerde örümcek ağlarıyla doluydu. Böyle bir otelde inanılır gibi değil.

Büyük, şık, temiz, konforlu bir otel. Çalışanlar ilgili. Eğer otel kalabalık değilse akşam yemeği açık büfe olmuyor. Set menü de yeterli ve lezzetli. Havuz ve spa alanı temiz,güzel. Otel çevresinde hiçbir şey yok. Silivri merkez 15 dakika mesafede.

Otel odaları oldukça geniş.Giriş saatimize 30 dakika olmasına rağmen bizi odamıza aldılar hem de kara manzaralı rezervasyona rağmen deniz manzaralı uygun olduğu için onu verdiler.Bu iyi bir başlangıç yapmamıza neden oldu.Oda temizliği genel anlamda güzel sorun yaşamadık.Sadece klima sorunlu çok sesli ve ne yazık ki son gecemizde sanırım bozuldu sıcaktan fenalık geçirdik.Bizim kızımızla gittiğimiz için sürekli hareket halindeydik açıkçası sıkılmak için vaktimiz olmadı ama otelde akşam asla aktivite yok sıkılabilirsiniz.Asıl konu ve sorun bence yemekler oldukça lezzetsizdi.Sizi çeşit etkileyebilir yarım pansiyon için ama yemekler görüntüsüyle bile sizi çekmiyor.Bazı börekler pişmemişti kahvaltıda mesela tavuk kroket kokuyordu sanırım ekşimişti.Bunun gibi bir sürü sorun vardı yemekler ne yazık ki beklentimizi karşılamadı.Havuz kenarında verilen minik sehpalar hep pisti mesela…Bir de personel( resepsiyon )dışında ki ne yazık oldukça ilgisiz ve tavırlıydı.Genel anlamda bu şekilde sorunlarımız oldu fakat bizim için 2 gece bir tatil için idare edilebilirdi.

Check in went smoothly (we were 4 people with 2 rooms), the outdoor infrastructure was fantastic (pools, waterslides, etc.), and the breakfast was good. However, we would not stay there again because the air conditioning system does not work properly. We stayed during the summer when it was hot outside and in both of our rooms we could never get the air conditioning to go below 26°C (78.8°F) despite running it on full blast and setting it to 19°C. We called the front desk several times and they sent a technician who determined that it was working fine, but it was only blowing room temperature air and not cooling. They reluctantly agreed to move us to another room but the lowest temp we ever got in the new room was 24°C and that was well into the middle of the night. There is clearly a hotel-wide problem that they know about as evidenced by the large standalone air conditioning unit that's placed in the breakfast room which was the only cool room in the entire hotel. If air conditioning is important to you, I would look for another place to stay.
