FabHotel La Volga - Nr Morjim beach

Ac not working, TV and wifi issues, even after making the payment the staff has no idea about the bookings. Even after making the payment, while checking out we were again asked to make payment. The staff were rude and impolite. Not a question we asked were replied properly. We felt we are at an unwanted place. Braskfast and tea was served cold. There are insects like ants, cockroach and lizard. Rooms were accessed without our permission and in our absence. Don't think will think of staying or recommending this to anyone.

Didn't get anything not to like in 4 days

The bathrooms were at best dirty. Room service was pathetic. Stayed for five days, only once did they clean the floor. Upon insistence! After wiping the floor, the surface was left wet without an attempt to dry it up. The guy at the reception would not pick the phone up during our arrival. The plates and the dining table would be left unclean throughout the day. Their bed had some insects which were eating on their wooden frame. The rant could go on forever.

My first room was dirty. There was a large sticky patch on the floor with a cigarette butt stuck to it and the bathroom sink was dirty. To be fair the manager moved my room when i complained the next morning .The walls of the 2 rooms i had were paper thin and you could hear literally everything going on next door.
Breakfast was meant to be included but I did not expect to have to wait until 10 am to have it in the cafe next door. On the last day they did not open until 10.20. It was not made clear that this would be the case. If you want to be on the beach you do not want to be hanging around waiting for breakfast. There were frequent power cuts but an absence of any emergency lighting on the stairs which I felt was dangerous.
There were several occasions when I wanted to talk to a member of staff but could not find anyone. I was given the owners what's app number but after an initial semblance of being a caring host I never saw him again - hence the what's app contact number I suppose.
