1) Covered car parking was not provided, maybe due to limited parking space
2) the next day we were leaving at 4am, hot water is not provisioned at such early hour, maybe due to centralised hot water system

The way they treated us denying accommodation first and we had to prove them that we are husband and wife inspite of showing our adhaar card that showed our relationship.
The staff are very friendly and kind and they respond quickly to all needs
The internet is really bad it is very hard to use the internet while at the hotel.
