La ubicación, el trato del personal y que las instalaciones y el mobiliario son bastante nuevas. Con aire acondicionado, nevera y agua de cortesía todos los días
The location, breakfast, staff
The staff was the best part! Very helpful and kind. The airport transfer service they offer is invaluable, and the laundry service was fast (24-hour turnaround time) and reasonable. Centrally located between Sultanahmet Square and the Grand Bazaar.
Rooms were a little tight but very budget-friendly.

К сожалению были глубоко разачарованы.Отель не соответствует статусу 3 звезд. В комнате было грязно, валялись использованные салфетки от прошлых гостей. Просили убраться, даже после доплаты было не убрано. Не было даже елементарных средств личной гигиены как зубная счетка и паста для чистки зубов. Завтраки очень скудные, выбора не было вообще. Больше туда не вернёмся.
El personal
The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them to help you.
Breakfast was good and there was lots of variety.
Housekeeping was done every day, replenished with free water bottles which was good in the heat.
Location was good in terms of being walking distance to the restaurants and shops and historical places to visit.
The only issue or downside is that the roads are quite uphill and the surrounding area is not so pleasing to the eyes.
Generally the rooms were nice and clean however I felt it could be cleaned to a better standard. Nothing icky just my preference.
The toilet seat in my room was wobbly which needed fixing, that was annoying because it kept moving.
