VR CLUB Tulum Riviera

El primer día un ligero inconveniente por falta de meseros y comunicación, expuse mi desacuerdo en recepción, y de ahí en adelante todo cambió y el servicio fue excepcional. Gracias a la Directora del complejo por darnos varios detalles en la habitación, los cuales nos encantaron a mi pareja y a mi. Mil gracias

Il villaggio è molto bello, in ristrutturazione.
Eravamo veramente in pochi, visto che ad agosto a tulum c’è il sargasso sulla spiaggia.
Ci saremmo aspettati di essere coinvolti un po’ di più da parte del personale, con qualche attività per Farci passare la delusione di vedere un mare impraticabile

Our room was nicely cleaned every day. The restaurant, grounds and pool were nicely maintained, except for the beach. The sandy area by the pool was raked but in "seaweed season" expect a large zone of seaweed to get through in order to get to the ocean. There wasn't the ever present loud music to deal with making the pool visits peaceful. There weren't a lot of other guests at this time so we always had chairs for the pool or beach. Waitstaff present at pool. If the power goes out you will not have a/c or water until it is restored. The room a/c was weak and then it died. We ended up moving late one night to another room that also had weak a/c. Screens on the doors and ceiling fans would be a nice add on. Meals seemed expensive at the resort but they were in town as well. We opted for the room/breakfast deal. Meals are a typical buffet. But there are other restaurants on site. Check for hours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Tour companies onsite. Get a rental car. It's worth it if you like to get out and see things on your own. Taxis and buses are available at the security gate or on call. The ruins are great in Tulum and Chichen Itza is only a 2 hour drive away if you are into that sort of thing. From the highway in it is not paved. Expect a few bumps. You can visit several places with this resort as a base camp. This might be a nice family place. I would actually stay here again if we were to return to Tulum.

Un bel resort…molto tranquillo la miglior spiaggia di Tulum…guardandoci attorno era il top , 3 piscine e tranquillità letti comodi , forse un appunto gli ombrelloni mancanti che valorizzano il resort con la qualità che lo rende eccellente
Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e poi i messicani sono simpatici e molto socievoli…se hai dei problemi cercano di aiutarti a risolverli

Great beach front hotel. Staff were friendly and tasty breakfast options which rotated most days. We were disappointed that some of the kayaking, tennis lessons and the gym wasn’t available as described. In part due to a hurricane. The hotel could have done with a better welcome tour or welcome / information pack as we had to ask the front desk a lot of questions. But the lady on reception was great and very helpful. (Five stars for her)

Der VR Club verfügt über eine schöne Hotelanlage die gepflegt ist, allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir empfanden das Personal als sehr unaufmerksam - leere Gläser wurden nicht aus den Zimmern entfernt, der Fußboden des Zimmers nicht gefelgt. Wir hatten noch den Sand der Vormieter im Zimmer. Die Poolhandtücher waren alle schmutzig. Wir hatten für einen Tag das All-Inclusive Paket dazu gebucht - bereits am Vormittag gab es kein Flaschen-Wasser mehr. Einer der Gründe weshalb wir uns für All-Inclusive entschieden hatten; denn es gibt weder einen Supermarkt noch kleinen Shop in der Nähe bei dem man hätte Wasser kaufen können. Wir würden nicht nochmal ins VR Club fahren.
