Schöne Anlage in Tulum
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal beginnend vom Hotelmanager bis zur Rezeption, die Kellner und die Reinigungskräfte. Wir konnten problemlos das Zimmer wechseln und hatten am Zimmer eine Überraschung aus Obst und Sekt anlässlich unserer Honeymoon-Reise. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt.

El lugar es maravilloso. Excelente valor por tu dinero. Es muy cómodo, el personal es muy amable y carismático, en especial José (animador) y el capitán de meseros. No puedo pensar en un mejor lugar para vacacionar.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel durant 5 jours, et honnêtement, ce séjour est passé beaucoup trop vite tant nous nous y sommes sentis bien.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par l’atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante de l’établissement. L’accueil a été particulièrement agréable et nous avons eu la belle surprise de recevoir un cocktail de bienvenue, qui était d’ailleurs délicieux.

Notre chambre était superbe : spacieuse, lumineuse et d’une propreté irréprochable, tout comme l’ensemble des installations de l’hôtel. Nous avions la chance de bénéficier d’une vue imprenable sur la plage. Se réveiller chaque matin face à ce paysage et s’endormir avec le bruit des vagues a été un véritable privilège. Pouvoir accéder à la plage en seulement quelques pas a rendu l’expérience encore plus exceptionnelle.

Les différentes piscines de l’établissement étaient également parfaitement entretenues, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour.

Concernant les activités proposées, nous n’avons malheureusement pas eu le temps de toutes les découvrir tant elles étaient nombreuses. Nous avons cependant participé aux séances d’aquagym, qui étaient à la fois dynamiques, conviviales et très divertissantes. Ce fut un réel plaisir de partager ce moment avec les autres vacanciers dans une ambiance aussi agréable.

Le petit-déjeuner mérite également une mention particulière. Le personnel s’est montré exemplaire tout au long du séjour : attentif, disponible et soucieux de notre confort. Les équipes veillaient constamment à ce que nous ne manquions de rien et débarrassaient rapidement les tables lorsque cela était nécessaire. Quant au buffet, il était particulièrement varié et généreux. Tout était délicieux et nous nous sommes régalés chaque matin.

Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation pour la qualité de ses prestations, de son accueil et de ses infrastructures.

De locatie aan het strand was fantastisch. Vanuit onze kamer keken we naar de zee. De kwaliteit van het eten was erg goed.

Cons:

We waren er begin mei 2026 en er was op dat moment veel zeewier. Dat maakte zwemmen in zee onaantrekkelijk. Voordeel was dat het niet druk was en daarom konden we aan het strand altijd op bedjes liggen waar de geur van het zeewier beperkt was.

Good value for money hotel
Pros:

Ze doen hun best om het naar uw zin te maken. Ontbijt is top. Direct aan het strand. Goed onderhouden tuin en zwembad.

Cons:

Op de kamer mocht wel een koffiezet staan. Kamers iets te basic. Men kan meer sfeer brengen door de liveband buiten te laten spelen aan de bar iets verderop. Een huurwagen is noodzakelijk.

Perfect Picture Postcard Hotel
Pros:

If I could give this hotel 20 out of 10 I would. The design of the whole site is beautiful and tasteful, just low rise villa type buildings or houses with straw roofs. We have a lovely room with sea view, only a few steps from the restaurant and from the swimming pool. Although we do have a choice of 3 pools. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, and the buffet dinner is surprisingly good quality with lots of healthy options, albeit a bit pricy for Mexico. My all time favorite hotel after years of travel all over the world.

Cons:

Just the rough dirt road that you have to drive on to get to the hotel!
