Shower could be improved

1) We came in at 10pm and another family also came at the same time. Both of us had a big family and drove a 7 seater suv. We were asked to park on the side of the house and they were given a garage space. Our spot was very tight and as it was late we asked the other family if we could share their garage for the car to which they were graceful to share. But the garage was so small that the trunk of both the car were outside and the garage door remained opened.
2) On the 3rd day the shower of the 2nd floor bath in the middle of a shower stopped cold water and only gave hot water. 1 adult and 1 child got slightly burned cause of this.Surprises.
3) the house was cleaned a few days prior and we could see reasonable dust and we all had to wear slippers while inside the housr as the floors were not sweeped recently.

There was a big group partying upstairs all night. The apartment location was changed twice and instructions shared very late. Overall, a nightmarish experience.

Tuttavia siamo capitati in una stanza su cui batteva il sole tutto il giorno e in cui non funzionava l'aria condizionata. Loro non hanno verificato il funzionamento prima di consegnarci la camera. Hanno mandato dei manutentori dopo la prima notte, ma non sono riusciti ad aggiustarla e hanno ovviato facendoci trovare dei ventilatori.
È stato comunque un soggiorno sofferente senza aria condizionata in una stanza particolarmente calda

Een schaar zou handig zijn in de keuken.
Ook handig als wifi code in het huis hangt. Nu ontbrak die in de mail, en duurde het 2 dagen voordat we de code ontvingen.
Daarnaast kon het bad ook niet gebruikt worden omdat er geen waterstop was. Ook hierover bericht gestuurd, zou geregeld worden, maar niets meer gehoord. Jammer want we hadden specifiek gefilterd op een huis met een ligbad.

DIFFERENT LOCATION THAN WHAT WAS ADVERTISED. In all initial communication the location was given as on Barton- then it turns out it was further east on Manhattan. Had I known I would have cancelled but didn’t catch the change until too late. NOT OK. The gate on the units didn’t close- a real concern in this neighborhood. Broken apparently. No fans or way to cool unit. I hunted extensively for thermostat but could not find. Stairs were extensively damaged on the edges and water damage in ceiling. Beds mediocre- basic ikea with poor mattress. TV wouldn’t work no matter what I tried. How about a sheet of instructions to get the streaming services????? Save me 45 minutes of absolute frustration. ALSO Amex cards do not have printed name with numbers for the registration …. emails about this went unanswered and finally took a phone call at check in to resolve. It was possible to get in contact with office easily…..

Place could have used more detail in cleaning. Remotes were sticky and food grime in them. Doors and baseboards have not been cleaned in a while. Spiders were in the living room.

It was very dirty and not what was shown in the pictures. The bedsheet and towels were smelly, the cleaning was not done properly and there were dirt around many places in the property.

Nem pont az volt a cím, mint ami az oldalon fel volt tüntetve, így messzebb voltunk a látványosságoktól, nem igazán sétatávra. Pedig szívesen mentünk volna gyalog .

Leider war es dreckig. Der Boden wurde nicht gewischt.
