The hotel is a renovated house preserving the essence of the house therefore THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, being located in the heart of Alaior, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE PARKING AND YOU HAVE TO WALK ABOUT 10 MINUTES FROM THE PUBLIC PARKING TO THE HOTEL (OLD TOWN), therefore if you are looking for a hotel with private parking or very close I recommend not booking with us. Or if you are looking for another modern hotel concept, our concept is an interior hotel concept that retains its charm of the Menorcan housePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Comfortable and friendly boutique hotel in a central Alaior location - can’t wait to go back!
Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely family team, great room that was clean and comfortable and I loved the friendly atmosphere. It was like home from home. And breakfast was great - delicious fresh food, lots of options and an attentive, personal service. I really enjoyed my week at the Encant de Alaior.

Cons:

I liked it all.

Maginifique petit hôtel au centre d’Alaior.
Pros:

Gentillesse des patrons. Le petit déjeuner composé de produits locaux et faits maison. Le confort de la literie. La décoration.

Petit hôtel intimiste, chambre joliment décorée, très confortable. Chambre avec une terrasse vraiment agréable le soir pour se pauser et voir le coucher de soleil sur la ville. Les petites choses en plus comme les serviettes de plage, le parasol, la glacière pour le pique nique.
Petit déjeuner vraiment qualitatif avec du sucré du sale, des produits frais. La gentillesse des hôtes, cet hôtel ressemble plus à une maison d hôtes avec un accueil plus personnalisé.
Vraiment un bon séjour.
Séjour fin avril, je pense qu il est important de le préciser.

A really lovely stay. Friendly staff, a very comfortable room and great breakfast provided.
Pros:

The hotel is located in a pedestrian area of the town but it was easy to find free parking within 8-10 minutes walk. The breakfast was excellent with both hot and cold food and drink available. The hotel was exceptionally clean, as was our room (6) with a very comfortable bed which came with a choice of pillows. The balcony overlooked the town and was a welcome place to watch the sunset. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly too. We were very happy with our 4 nights here.

Cons:

Everything was good. There is nothing about this hotel that we didn't like.

Chaleureux, agréable et douillet
Pros:

L’accueil de notre hôte était parfait, il était aux petits soins pour nous.
Il était chaleureux et répondait à nos demandes.
Le petit déjeuner était très bon, très copieux.
De plus, l’emplacement était idéal pour nous déplacer.
