The hotel is a renovated house preserving the essence of the house therefore THERE IS NO ELEVATOR, being located in the heart of Alaior, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE PARKING AND YOU HAVE TO WALK ABOUT 10 MINUTES FROM THE PUBLIC PARKING TO THE HOTEL (OLD TOWN), therefore if you are looking for a hotel with private parking or very close I recommend not booking with us. Or if you are looking for another modern hotel concept, our concept is an interior hotel concept that retains its charm of the Menorcan housePlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Quiet and friendly hotel, in a quiet and friendly town. Lovely clean rooms, comfy beds and very good breakfast on offer. Had a great stay and would return. Highly recomended.
Perfect stay. Beautiful, very well maintained and furnished historic house in the centre of Alaior, a small town most tourists pass by, but lively nonetheless, and very friendly. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and linen, espresso machine and kettle for tea, bathroom with spacious modern shower. They are well soundproofed, will little disturbance anyway from the quiet pedestrian street. Impeccable cleaning is done every day. The hotel management is very efficient and provides advice on Alaior and the rest of the island.
We had a very lovely stay and would reccomend the hotel to anyone visiting Menorca. The owners are both so sweet, welcoming and always helpful. The breakfast was so delicious wirh handmade regional dishes every day. It is located in a small city but you can reach all the beaches in around 20-30 minutes, so it was perfect to get around with our rental car.

Boutique hotel elegante e curato, piccolo ma dotato di ogni comfort. Nella nostra stanza teli mare, borsa frigo, ombrellone…ogni cosa per rendere il soggiorno comodo e rilassante. Colazione eccellente con prodotti freschissimi ogni mattina. Menzione speciale per Vladimir e sua moglie, sempre attenti, premurosi, discreti e con tanti consigli utili su Minorca. Un hotel muy bonito y con pocas habitaciones lo que garantiza que sea un sitio súper tranquilo. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia.
Desayunos excelentes y con mucha variedad, el zumo de naranja te lo hacen en el momento.
El personal maravilloso, tanto Vladimir como su compañera están siempre pendientes de lo que necesitas y lo hacen todo más agradable y cómodo.

Tout ! Des chambres de qualité, des hôtes au top du top : très bons conseils, aimables, disponibles. Tout est fait pour satisfaire les clients. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel et en très grande partie fait par les hôtes avec des produits frais. L’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner sur l’île et en dehors de l’agitation des villes côtières.
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

A very friendly welcome from the owners on arrival set the scene for our weeks stay. Lovely room, cleaned to a very high standard daily. Nice touches like beach towels and pillows to take to the beach. Breakfasts were varied and plentiful. Free parking is a 10 minute walk but you can drive to the hotel to drop off bags etc. Our experience here was first class
Il posto è una vera chicca nel cuore di Alaior, curato in piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza. Bellissimo trovare borsa del mare con teli mare e cuscini per la spiaggia, inoltre borracce da riempire per portare acqua in spiaggia, borsa frigo, ombrellone e maschera a disposizione degli ospiti, così da non dover comprare inutilmente aggeggi vari da poi dover buttare/lasciare lì... Il terrazzino un angolo di relax fantastico. Super disponibili, genitili e dai preziosi consigli per vivere l'isola.
Unica pecca per chi come noi soffre un po' la luce al mattino, le tende oscuranti che non creano il buio totale, ma se non si soffre questa cosa, non sarà un problema!

LO MALO ES QUE NOS TOCO UNA HABITACION EN PLANTA BAJA, CON VENTANA A LA ZONA COMUN DE DESAYUNO, NADA DE VENTILACION, NADA DE INTIMIDAD, NADA DE VISTAS, UN POCO CLAUSTROFOBICA.
Such a lovely hotel! It is located in the centre of Alaior, which provides a great place from which to explore the island. There are free parking spacs not far away. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both very quiet and super comfortable. Our host was terrific and provided great recommendations 💗 Thank you again!
