Karawwa Luxury Villas

Location was perfect surrounded by nature in a very quiet and relaxing environment. The owner Roshan was very hospitable and always helpful with any requests. The bed was very comfortable and kitchen area had a large fridge with plates, glasses and cutlery supplied. There is full Cable, TV and Streaming Services available. The Bathroom is large with a huge shower area and the hot water was always working. The location is a couple of kilometres from the main road whereby you can walk to the main areas of town or beach or the host will order a Tut Tut or Taxi which will be there in a few minutes. A new Restaurant and Pool will be opening very soon at the back of the Property so everything is there that a 5 Star has.

The location is stunning. Really remote and beautiful.

This is the true meaning of paradise! Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. The view took my breath away and it will be hard to beat this as an experience! The host was amazing wonderful man who cared deeply for the hotel and his guests experience. He arranged onward travel for us with a charming guide.

The best hotel I have stayed in. The location is quiet and calm🏞️🌅. If you want to relax in Hikkaduwa, you should try this . The staff is also very friendly and supportive.

The Villa was very spacious, I had gotten a great deal on booking.com. I think I paid less somewhere like $90 at the time. That was really good value for money for the place. I want to repeat that the place was very spacious and also clean. The staff was also very helpful and you get sort out a lake view from the villa as well.

The location is beautiful and the view from the balcony is lovely overlooking the canopy. Loved sitting here in the mornings and evenings drinking coffee and watching the birds. Roshitha and his team are so accommodating, picked us up from the station when we arrived and helped us get our laundry done.

Absolutely everything! Roshitha and his family have created a wonderful venue that is integrated with the local ecosystem with a focua on engagement with the wildlife and a detox. The colour of the buildings has been picked from the trees in the area. The facilities are superb. Sonos speakers, extra large beds, high quality bedding and good showers. They have even designed their own reclining chairs to ensure we had the bed experience.

This is a paradise on Earth! From the moment the property gates opened, you are in the most beautiful scenery of green plants and trees. Just a short stroll and you are at the 2 properties. I was very lucky as given an upgrade to the top floor overlooking the tree tops towards the lake. It was breathtakingly beautiful. The room was very spacious with a kitchenette, fully equipped if I needed to cook or store food in the fridge or freezer. There was a TV but who needs it, hey? The WiFi helped though to keep in touch with family and friends.
The bathroom was large and again with everything you can possibly need. I watched the wilderness from the window as I brushed my teeth.
But THE BEST view was certainly from the balcony at sunset and again at sunrise where I recorded the beautiful sounds of nature.
The owner was very kind and thoughtful, unfortunately I could not stay more than just one night this time but I wil be back for sure.
If you want a peaceful, relaxing and a tranquil stay, this is your place. Even as I laid on my bed in the morning, I looked through the glass door at the views. Just what I needed after a busy tour. Thank you so much for this gem of properties.
