OK, so the staff was great. They didn’t speak English, which is totally fine. Google translation worked OK-ish. They were still super helpful. The front desk guy gave me his raincoat during a monsoon, which I thought was incredibly generous of him. I unfortunately had no way to give it back to him, which I apologize for. I hope the hotel will compensate him for it. thank you so much for helping me out! :)
also, the a/c was good and they had Netflix!
There was a kettle but no coffee. the pillows were small. the doors are paper thin, so you can hear everything. there is no added amenities like extra water, food or beer. there is literally nothing in the lobby. the location is also incredibly bad. Grab won’t deliver food or take you anywhere. I wasn’t impressed with this hotel.
everything is new due to just being built, construction is somehow not on top of the quality but can't complain for the amount of money I paid.

Location, parking.
Had to make a stop on our motorbike trip, so we stayed only one night. The room was extremely loud and not properly cleaned. Stains on bed sheets, red lipstick marks on glasses, boards and shelfes covered with dirt and dust. We had to clean the room before we could start using it. Matress couldn’t be any harder. You can’t really close the window so it is not only loud (main street in front of the hotel) but also rather cold.
Reception didn’t speak English but was fast to take my passport (without giving any former explanation, so I assumed it was just to take a picture), put it behind the Front Desk and refuse to give it back. I mean I finally understood they want us to pay and I’ wouldn’t mind paying at check-in if simply asked. But the way it was handled was quite uncomfortable.
If you want to rest and have a good sleep - look for something less loud and cold.
