Great location, fantastic staff
Pros:

All of the staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Rashad who always went above and beyond. Attention to detail, perfect breakfast and right in the heart of the old town. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Beautiful experience!

Отель находится в старом городе, это очень атмосферно и аутентично, по всему центру города есть возможность прогуляться пешком. Отличные завтраки, прекрасный видовой ресторан. Номера просторные, со своей восточной стилистикой, очень порадовало наличие утюга и гладильной доски. И отдельно хочу отметить и поблагодарить персонал на рецепции: очень внимательные, приветливые и заботливые сотрудники. С нашими тяжелыми чемоданами их помощь была на вес золота!!!

Ya habia estado en el hace 2 años y volvi porque me habia gustado.Es un pequeño hotel en un edificio antiguo de la ciudad vieja con mucho estilo.Las habitaciones estan muy bien amuebladas dentro de un estilo clasico acorde con el edificio.Es comodo y tranquilo.

Soddisfacente ,la città merita di esser vista

La posizione , le ampie camere,lo stile architettonico.

Cons:

Pulito all’arrivo, pulizia sommaria nei giorni successivi. Personale giovanissimo ,alcuni molto gentili, altri scontrosi che spesso non capendo l’inglese utilizzavano con fastidio google traduttore ,riuscendo lo stesso a non comprendere le richieste. La colazione abbondante ,convenzionata con il ristorante interno ,potrebbe essere più bilanciata tra il dolce e il salato a favore del dolce ,che se vuoi è a pagamento.

Prime location, perfect view.
Pros:

The best part of this hotel was definitely the view—it was stunning and really made the stay feel special. The location is also excellent, close to everything I needed.

Cons:

Carrying my luggage up and down the stairs was impossible on my own, so I always had to rely on the receptionist’s help.

Posizione centralissima per visitare a piedi l'intera città. Il ristorante è ottimo e il rooftop offre viste spettacolari. Stanze ampie e staff sempre molto disponibile e cordiale.

Konumu çok merkezi, kız qalasını ve denizi gören müthiş bir manzarası var ; odalar rahat, temiz; çalışan personel saygılı ve otel misafirlerine nasıl davranılacağını çok iyi biliyorlar ve görevlerini çok güzel yapıyorlar. odasından tut kahvaltısına kadar çok memnun kaldık. çalışanların hepsi çok iyiydi özellikle Aliekber bey çok çok iyiydi hiç yabancılık çekmedik. Bakü’ye gelen misafir olursa sultan inn hoteli tavsiye edeceğiz. Zaten önce iki gecelik rezervasyon yapıp beğenince hem tatilimizi hem otelde kalışımızı uzattık. Bir sonraki gelişimizde de bizim yerimiz kesinlikle burası olacak . Puan olarak 10 dan fazla olsa onu da yazardım 😂 puanımız 10 çok teşekkür ederiz her şey için .Hayırlı müşterileriniz olsun.
