Pros:

Las instalaciones están bien, la habitación es amplia, el trato fue correcto

Cons:

La almohada y las sábanas olían a tabaco. Puse una toalla en la almohada pero las sábanas seguían oliendo mal, así que se hizo dificil dormir

„Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen – absolut empfehlenswert“

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Asur Imperial Hotel in Midyat und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Bereits bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir vom Personal an der Lobby herzlich und freundlich empfangen – man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt.

Wir haben 5 Nächte im Hotel verbracht und die große Suite (über 35 m²) bewohnt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – genau so, wie man es von einem hochwertigen Hotel erwartet. Die Betten waren extrem bequem, sodass wir jede Nacht hervorragend geschlafen haben. Auch das Badezimmer war in einem Top-Zustand, sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Klimaanlage, die zu dieser Jahreszeit perfekt funktioniert hat und für ein angenehmes Raumklima gesorgt hat.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Mehrmals täglich wurden wir gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen – ein Service, den man heutzutage nicht überall findet.

Das Frühstück war wirklich spitze: frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Auch hier war das Personal stets freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Alles in allem war unser Aufenthalt im Asur Imperial Hotel einfach perfekt. Wer in Midyat eine komfortable, saubere Unterkunft mit hervorragendem Service sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🌟

Pros:

Hotel hat uns gefallen ist gepflegt und sauber,Frühstück war vollkommen ausreichend ,Hotel direkt im Zentrum gute Parkplatz Möglichkeit.
Mini bar kühlt sehr wenig kaum kalt ,Zimmer war sehr warm bei 40 grad wie Sauna es lief kaum Kaltwasser ,Klima Anlage Mangelhaft .

Would not suggest! Overpriced and mediocre, staff unhelpful

It was a more updated hotel than others I had looked into but it came with a price which I was prepared to pay for

Cons:

We booked 6 rooms and one room had a dirty bathroom upon arrival. They cleaned up the bathroom and replaced the towels almost right away. They told us that the key card had to be left in the room slot to get electricity and the air conditioning to work. It was extremely hot in the rooms when we arrived, we did give them a heads up on arrival time but they didn’t want to cool off the rooms before we arrived. It took almost 3-4 hours for rooms to cool down.
We ordered dinner at the restaurant and it took forever because the kitchen was small.
The next day we had breakfast before leaving and the selection was mediocre at best. We paid extra for breakfast to be included for all the rooms.
We went on our excursion and when we returned the air conditioning was shut off in all the rooms. The rooms were blazing hot and none of them were cleaned all day. We came back to sweltering dirty rooms. The front desk had nothing to give us some relief from the heat. They just said that the system must have turned off but our room key was taken out of its slot so I believe that someone came in and removed it. We spoke to the manager the next day and she was not helpful at all! Just said that’s how it is. No partial refund or any attempt to fix the issue on their end. This hotel was pricier than most and we chose it so we would be comfortable after sightseeing in the blazing heat all day. We had 2 elderly parents and younger teenagers with us, so to come back to that state was terrible! I would never suggest this hotel to anyone going to Midyat!!!!!!!

Tolles Hotel
Pros:

Wir waren auf der Durchreise. Das Haus ist neu gebaut und befindet sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Wir haben noch nie so gut in einem Hotelbett geschlafen.
