Good value for money
Pros:

Great location for shopping and felt very safe. Great staff and very accommodating. Good value for money.

A Memorable Excellent Comfortable Stay
Pros:

- Location wise not far from the airport;
- Not far from the shops that we went;
- Same building as the malls (Penacity & E-Walk);
- Feels Calm & Peaceful;
- Late Checked-Out Chargeable for both rooms was entertained.

Cons:

Late checked in to both rooms, as our flight arrives at 06:05am. We waited for 8-9 hours for the rooms.

Anyway I love the place and the food there.
Pros:

The place is very clean and modern. The Super Block put everything in one place. Restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, Swimming pool, Shopping place are all in one area. No need to go out from the area.

Cons:

The bedroom has no drawer and cupboard. Difficult to put things. Have to put all shopping things on the floor.

All of the staff are great and really helpful. Makes my family feel like home.

I shall never forget Nanda, one of the frontliner staff who gave us an expected excellent service.
Pros:

All staff frontliner are very friendly and so helpful. But one of their staff, her name is Nanda, who also a driver to the airport gave us an outstanding excellent service in helping us to solve problem that we encountered during our stayed recently.i shall never forget her of being so helpful.

Cons:

Iron and iron board need to place each of the room so that client dont have to wait so long to get one if not available in the room.
